But the real problem is when you have some issues with your streaming. The CSR never responds to us whenever we complain about streaming issues. I'm writing this after repeated streaming issues which are being ignored by their CSR team. They promise the issues to get resolved immediately which never happens. When we ask for the resolution status or request the money back, they go invisible and never respond to us.”

And they don't have any local tech support or video call or WhatsApp call available. They don't care the issue we face. They just ask to restart the box by removing power cable. So horrible experience overall. Will never recommend”

“Everyone, just be aware of this service and don't buy their service for more than 1 year. Their setup box is not warranted beyond 1 year and if any issues comes out we need to pay another 150$ for setup box. If it fails again after 1 year another 150$. So please be mindful about this. Their customer service is very bad and they don't try to help in any possible way for existing customer and try to sell the setup box to make more money.”
“Both the service and customer support are pathetic! Basically this is a scam operation. Once you pay, they are done with you. Unfortunately I paid up after getting assurance that there is a trial period with no-questions-asked money refund. Well, despite cancelling within hours, it has been weeks and no cancellation, no refund. They don't even have the guts to admit that they are no giving your money back. Service is pathetic with frequent glitches at high usage points. Stay away from these scamsters.”

“I did a big mistake by taking this TV and they sent me an android device and its not working as expected. its not stable, the streaming is getting hung randomly, sometimes it wont respond with remote, when we turn off, its getting started automatically. I am trying fix with them but they are not listening and making me to call several times. The senior Technical guy is thinking that I am purposefully doing it. I have a managed wifi which is provided my community, so its 200+ MBPS speed always, they are blaming Wifi. I am worried out my $270 what I paid. Be aware guys. I dont think they will return my money. Those who have a managed WIFI then dont go with it. They didnt help at all to connect to my wifi as its managed by community. I figured and resolved my self.”
