“Brian Ebersole is the best technician Cypress Air has sent to my house. He was extremely knowledgeable about the type of fireplace I own. After 3 year of service, he was the first one to recognize the issue with my vent. I've already Cypress that from here on out ,Brian is the only technician I will allow to service my fireplace. L. Johnson”

“I was pleased with the annual fireplace service I recently received from Karmon Karzai of Cyprus Air. He was very thorough in cleaning my unit, replacing the batteries for remote operation, adding new embers, and checking the unit's operation. Very thorough and professional!”

“The technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the issue of my fireplace not operating. Unfortunately the batteries in the fireplace box don't last a full year. The batteries were drained and just got replaced last year. Great service anyway.”
