“All technicians that came to my house were professional and friendly. I think there needs to be more communication between office, technician and inspector as it was a project that went on way longer than expected. If this is normal than the client needs to understand the process better. As I'm still waiting for final inspection at the end of the month. I'm assuming at this time I will have a good working new fireplace. I still have one more fireplace to install and would like to use them again but the lengthy process is a concern.”
