“I am not impressed with their service. The tech came to service my heating and cooling system. He came just with a flash light. This guy has no clue where my filter located for heating system and never checked. The installation of furnace was done by another two technicians and they did a good job.”

“Dan’s presentation was thorough and easily understood. The life time availability of parts for Cyprus Air fireplaces was a very attractive feature. However, the price was prohibitive for nee at this time.”

“Coments: • Heating is working fine. I guess technically speaking. However, I have to say that I needed to observe that the connection from the gas pipe to the furnace was not according to the codes but finally the put a new one. • I was surprised that the line connecting the compressor to the thermostat was not changed but they used the old one. It seemed to me that it was like selling a new car with old used mats. • I also should say that they do not have much sense of aesthetics, aligning the pipes and wire connections, cutting and patching holes. It seems that they do not care about how it looks, but only care that it functions. • I think that the crew leader needs to improve public relationships. He didn’t introduce himself to me. I guessed who was Mr. Henry. • I think that before leaving the premises they should instruct the customer about what has been installed and make him sure procedures and specifications have been met. • It is my opinion that the leader of the creew should explain what are they going to do. I was the one asking them about the things they were connecting and installing. And one of them showed me that he didn’t like to be asked. But I feel it is my right to know what is being installed -in my home- and for what purpose. They were putting on new equipment and I wanted to be sure it was the same thing that your dealer Mr. Ivo Dimitrov offered me in the contract. We. Mr. Henry and I never looked together at the contract. • I guess your technician should have to write with me the guarantee form which needs the code numbers model and specifications which I am not necessarily knowledgeable. It never happened. I would say that generally speaking, I am satisfied with the work done. I still do not like the way that the exhaust duct from the furnace was placed, it is out of line with the walls.”

“I found working with Cyprus Air technician and manager to be very professional and knowledge. They sent technician to my house to look at my present vented gas fireplace that I wanted to have converted to non vented. It was good that technician and talked to manager came as it was determined that I could not convert my fireplace. In the end I could not convert. The price to change to non vented logs was out of my price range.”

“We haven't received the duct cleaning as yet. We haven't turn the heat on since the installation was done mid summer so I can't comment on that. Overall Paris was very professional and very knowledgeable about the installation of the systems.”
