I found working with Cyprus Air technician and manager to be very professional and knowledge. They sent technician to my house to look at my present vented gas fireplace that I wanted to have converted to non vented. It was good that technician and talked to manager came as it was determined that I could not convert my fireplace. In the end I could not convert. The price to change to non vented logs was out of my price range.
