“We made five, yes five appointments with you. Did you NOT show up on any of the appointed days but never called back to inform us of any change. We waited all five days at home when we could have spent them with our family. I would not recommend your service to ANYONE. This text will appear on Facebook, BBB . However, the visit by Ryan was professional and friendly.”

“My experience with this company has been a nightmare. They destroyed my fireplace when they started a job on it in August 2021. They never returned to complete the work and now it is unusable. In addition, the unfinished gas line seems unsafe. Have called and emailed but get no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am talking to a lawyer about breech of contract. Beware.”
