My experience with this company has been a nightmare. They destroyed my fireplace when they started a job on it in August 2021. They never returned to complete the work and now it is unusable. In addition, the unfinished gas line seems unsafe. Have called and emailed but get no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am talking to a lawyer about breech of contract. Beware.
