Coments: • Heating is working fine. I guess technically speaking. However, I have to say that I needed to observe that the connection from the gas pipe to the furnace was not according to the codes but finally the put a new one. • I was surprised that the line connecting the compressor to the thermostat was not changed but they used the old one. It seemed to me that it was like selling a new car with old used mats. • I also should say that they do not have much sense of aesthetics, aligning the pipes and wire connections, cutting and patching holes. It seems that they do not care about how it looks, but only care that it functions. • I think that the crew leader needs to improve public relationships. He didn’t introduce himself to me. I guessed who was Mr. Henry. • I think that before leaving the premises they should instruct the customer about what has been installed and make him sure procedures and specifications have been met. • It is my opinion that the leader of the creew should explain what are they going to do.
