“kudos to the ENTIRE crew that worked on my windows!!! packaging was outstanding and fit up was excellent. although i did have difficulty using the laser measuring tool, especially with the diagonals it worked out in the end. i couldn't be more pleased or happy. THANK-YOU to all involved for an outstanding job.”

“Thank you Tyler and everyone at Indow for improving the quality of our bedroom. We had air leaks around the 1903 set of windows and constant noise intrusion from the street below. The acoustic design has eliminated most noise and the tight fit keeps cold air out. I was surprised how tight the fit would be. At first the seal at the lower right corner puckered and would not close. It took some effort to reseat the Indow for uniform compression all around with no gaps. Thanks to all at Indow!”

Hi, Rich. Thank you for your feedback and picture. Your insert looks great! We are happy to hear your Acoustic Grade insert is providing such great noise and draft reduction. Like you expereienced, with some minor adjustments of the silicone compression tube, you can get a great fit. We provide guidance and video instructions for this process.

“Everything seems fine. The window took a long to arrive but that was likely COVID related. It fits well and blocks the sound which is all that's really important. The questions below address the delivery time of the postal/courier service. This wasn't the problem in my case, the delays came from Indow.”

“The process for measuring is rather involved but on the whole I am very satisfied with these windows. It is clear that the company is very invested in communication and customer satisfaction. A big vote for continuation of the lighter brown gaskets!”

“I am very happy and surprised at how well Indow Inserts work. I am using 3 large inserts on original MCM single pane reed glass. I had a thermometer in the area prior to and after installation by Stu Grant Windows. This is winter and I saw a 10°f change in temperature, providing a more comfortable and much quieter atmosphere. I also don't have to deal with the moisture issues and there is little to no condemnation on the coldest days. These are high quality and worth every penny because I am already saving on heating. Thank you Indow.”

“Awesome product. My sun room went from 55deg to 70deg with the thermostat and the other parts of the house being 72. Huge improvement. It also cut down on the sound from the highway.”

“These window inserts are life saver. We had a Train Noise issue in our master which really impeded our sleep. We worked with Brian and he was really helpful suggesting the right product for our issue and i can tell you they worked as expected. Actually, better than expected. They are really help soundproof the room and our peaceful nights of sleep have returned.”

“We LOVE our five Indows and we are getting ready to order eight more. We needed Indows because we have an antique home (mid 18th century) with single pane original windows that cannot, due to historic value, be easily replaced. We are also right up against a loud, busy road, and we’ve had furniture ruined by sunlight. Since Indows improve heat retention, noise reduction, and block UV, they were the perfect choice for us. Measuring, ordering, and installation were a breeze. We’ve had them about a month now, and they have changed the way we use our living room. I no longer worry about my new red couch fading, my daughter can hear her school Zoom calls better, and I no longer have to wear a shawl when sitting near the windows. It’s significantly warmer and quieter compared to the dining room, which will be Indowed next. We are extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you so much!”

“We recently put our house up for sale. We've lived in our home for 30 years and over that time, the adjacent roadway has gotten much busier. We didn't notice the road noise, but got feedback from realtor that it was a problem. Replacement windows were Linexpensive compared to Indow inserts. Measuring and installation were easy, and our realtor noticed an immediate difference. Highly recommend Indow.”

“The window inserts we ordered were roughly 5 foot X 6 foot. Since they were so large, they were a little awkward to install, but not hard to do. The temperature difference was felt pretty quickly. The room seems to be much better temperature regulated and my a/c & heat unit hasn't doesn't kick on as often. I am very glad to have found these window inserts.”
