“Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. I’m a voiceover actor and needed to soundproof a large single pane window. What a difference! Stephen, my consultant, was super quick to respond to my emails and answered all my questions. Plus you get to play with lasers!!”

“They are working great ! I can’t recall a time where I have been awoken by the trains at night. Before we had the inserts it was happening almost nightly. They were a tad expensive but I do not regret having ordered them for our bedroom.”

“I am extremely happy with the window inserts from Indow. The measuring process was the only stressful part of the process, but the inserts arrived very quickly, in good shape, and they work exactly as promised. I bought the acoustic ones and they do make an obvious difference when it comes to isolating sound from the nearby highway as well as from neighbors AC unit (rather loud during summer time). I strongly recommend the inserts.”

“Found on line. Looking for acoustic windows. Measured windows by hand and with laser kit. They fit well the first time and they really work as expected, reducing noise by about 20 dBa. No complaints and I’ve recommended them to a couple of people.”

“Did not block out sufficient amount of sound. I also hard a hard time putting them in and out when I wanted to open a window. I feel I was mislead in how effective and easy to use they would be. I took them out completely. I regret purchasing them.”

“We purchased an insert to lessen noise coming in from outside on window. We have no objective way of measuring this but it is certain to us that the noise has diminished noticeably. Had the laser measure extension tripod been more stable, the measurement process would have been easier, but this was the *only* minor bump in an otherwise smooth road from our initial contact with Indow to insertion of the Indow in the window frame. All Indow personnel were easy to work with.”

“Sound dampening is good. The insert is more snug than expected and is not easy to take in and out. It has been worth the price for me, but I think it is a little too expensive for the average home owner.”

“For the price of the windows they didn’t quiet the outside noise down as much as I expected which is why I bought them, but they do help, and seem to help on the heating/cooling bill as well.”

“The product did what it advertised ( cut down the road noise) and installation was easy. And the panels though they were quite large fit in the openings perfectly.”

“Indow inserts are great! I needed a solution to block my very rude neighbors' backyard TV/subwoofer noise plus their late-night parties. They built a backyard 'hut' less than 15 feet from my bedroom. The noise was unbearable before I installed Indow inserts on all the windows on that side of my house. After install, I can still hear a little bit of bass - but it's bearable and I can't hear any voices or other annoying late-night "bar noise". The install was fairly easy - measuring the windows took a lot of meticulous attention to detail, but the result was worth the effort. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for more peace and quiet in their living space.”

“Product and process as expected. we had to modify for our shutters to avoid pulling them off. Not sure yet how that may impact the effectiveness. Sound dampening is good. Need to get thru summer to know how much heat transfer we've seen.”

“The acoustic window inserts significantly reduce noise from outdoors and we are very satisfied. The measurement process was a bit tedious but straightforward and worked well - the inserts fit perfectly. My one criticism is that the windows are far more prone to scratching than glass, and that wasn't clear in the paperwork or installation instructions.”

“These inserts have been life changing. Living by a busy road meant constant noise that would even make watching TV difficult. After installing these all along the windows facing the road, we FINALLY have peace and quiet. Its incredible how much of a difference they have made and how much our quality of life has improved.”
