“We received & installed the inserts. Today the neighbor behind and 1 house west of us is working outside with music blaring. Using a phone app decibel meter, I had just over 50% noise reduction. The real test will be this weekend. ATT Stadium (where Cowboys play) is having a parking lot concert. In the past we've been able to understand what the announcer was saying. We have an 100+ year old farm house so the windows are drafty but they are also thicker and wavy & I was reluctant to give up the authenticity. We tried another brand of inserts, but in the back room they were failing after a couple years. I found Indow this time around and learned they are the original. There's simply no comparison between the 2 products. Indow are more time consuming to install than what we had, but the quality, appearance and performance is many times superior. From the 1st phone call to receiving the measuring kit, returning it, submitting the measurements & getting them reviewed/approved, manufacture, shipping & receipt took just under 3 weeks.”

“We have a large sunroom with many windows and the inserts look amazing (you can barely see them) and they help so much with temperature. This was the main reason we needed them. The original windows are 90yo casements, single pane and despite having 2 huge radiators in that room, it was freezing in the winter. It made a difference immediately. It was well worth the expense, and far less expensive than new all wood replicas.”

“I had been listing to a blower from a car wash across the street for two months that had been driving me crazzzzy. I never expected this indow product to silence the noise to the degree it has. Fantastic product!! -- very pleased.”

“This company is very unlike most any other company you will deal with in today's world. From the very first contact right down to the installation and preservation instructions they are friendly, competent and follow through on what they say they will do. The measuring kit and instructions are exact and very clear. The product is high quality and comes package better than most anything I have had delivered. I was the Purchasing Manager for the City of Bellingham a city of approximately 100,000 and dealt with hundreds of companies over my carrier and this type of performance happens once in a thousand.”

“The inserts have worked as indented. I know this because I have had problems with condensation at the point where the two sashes meet which equates to cold infiltration and heat loss. Upon installation the condensation stopped so I need no more proof than that. Thank You, Mark Odell.”

“I love these window inserts, they work very well. I bought 2 for one room to try them out first. I parked my car outside those windows before I put the inserts in and set off the alarm for 20 seconds and recorded it with my cell phone, then I repeated the process after installing the inserts and there was at least a 50% reduction in noise. I then bought more to cover all my windows. I am very pleased with the results.”

“Worth every penny! Best thing I ever did! I live on a very busy street. I couldn't stand the noise any more. I bought new windows twice which did nothing. I contacted indow and bought their acoustic windows. I can finally sleep again, 90% better. If this didn't work, I would have to move. Thanks indow!”

“Hello Sam, Thank you for your genius (and persistence) in inventing and perfecting the Indow window inserts. We had one made for a small but very troublesome window. The difference is magical (I know it is a lot of math, science and design on your part)!!! We are so thrilled with the difference it has made in blocking cold air and frost forming on the inside of the window! Bonus: The window is right where I pass by it several times a day. The Indow is so unobtrusive that I don't notice it. It was measured and installed by Darrin at Big Red Builders. He was careful in measuring, installing and explaining step by step how to take care of the Indow. I would highly recommend him and your company. My only suggestion (not a complaint) is that you coordinate your records so that you know when a prospective client has actually ordered Indows. Weeks after I had ordered I received a follow up email from Indow asking if I was still interested in ordering. ?? I would think your records would have reflected that, and it would have been known by your marketing staff. Awesome invention for window owners and our environment!! Thank you, Sam and all who work with you.”

“First window was about a quarter inch off. Sound proofing was affected as a result. Customer service reached out to me and is replacing the window. Couldn’t be happier with their proactive service and dedication to getting things right.”

“Easy enough to install. I felt the difference in both noise and temperature as soon as I installed the first Indow. The street noise was reduced, and the cool temp that I felt through the window was gone. I am now able to add 2 hours to my night's sleep by using the acoustic grade Indow for noise reduction of the busy boulevard behind my house.”

“We live the living room space we have at our new home, but whenever we sat down to eat dinner or watch a movie the sound of the road next to our house was super loud and actually very annoying. Installing double glazing would have been very expensive and the landlord would have probably taken 6 months. Indow was very easy to setup, very quick delivery, and are remarkably effective at blocking the noise! Our house also seems to be sinking in one corner, resulting in air gaps around the windows, which Indow totally blocked.”

“Indow and its employees are great - prompt, knowledgeable and professional. More importantly, their product solved my problem. The goal was to reduce/eliminate 5 sources of noise entering through double pane, vinyl frame windows. The 5 noises are general traffic (65 mph freeway) and tires hitting the lane marker rumble strips, general train and whistle noise and wind hitting the windows. So far, I've placed acoustic grade (AG) inserts in three of the 5 offending windows and the noise reduction is substantial. When the inserts go in the other 2 windows, I expect the noise reduction will be profound. Indow has exceeded my expectations and I am 100% satisfied with their service and products. Thanks Indow!”
