“Overall, I've had a positive experience with IG. I appreciate the quality of your products, competitive pricing, and the streamlined purchasing process. However, I'm disappointed with the denial of my return due to it being overdue. I was only seeking store credit for a future purchase, and I believe this would have been a reasonable resolution.”
