“I work for the school district and I order all my repair parts for iPads from Scott Sturg, my rep. I want to say that he is always very helpful and I get the products I need overnight. “Really good experience, but I feel the iphone displays (premium refurbished screens) are a bit hit or miss in terms of quality. Some don’t have great viewing angles, the home button on some screens won’t fit properly, and the ones that look perfect, often times have dim backlights. And I got a silver sim tray and it didn’t quite match the phone, but it was good enough. But the batteries and the prices are great.”

“Called looking for a Pre-Owned device for a customer and spoke with Scott. He personally went to verify the device was in stock and pull it before adding it to my cart. When he returned he stated the one listed was not in stock but he found a B+ grade of the exact same model! Loved the speed and ease of purchase through IG, better selection and great CS for pre-owned devices.”
