“There is a lot of competition in the market for cell phone repair parts, but not many that can provide quality dependable parts. Lately I have been ordering more than I ever have from Injured Gadgets and I have han no customers come back due to defective parts. The only thing I dont like is the parts return cost of shipping. Mobile Sentrix covers the cost of me shipping parts back to them. I alternate between MobileSentrix and InjuredGadgets.”

“Overall IG has has been a good expirence. Have a low defect rate from batteries and a little higher from screens. would like to see service pack parts being sold on your site so further solidify our customer base and continued purchased though IG. Really appreciate the speed in which RMA's are handled. Recommend certain models like the 15 pro be purchased from another supplier because the bottom flex tends to be exposed causing lines and oled damage alot easier than other suppliers. Prices also tend to be higher then other suppliers, and i do not like how defective RMAs are instantly given a smaller credit than the price purchased. Would also like to be able to have a direct rep or at least a live chat option would be great. Price matching would also be a huge plus to contiune purchasing from your company.”

“Out of all the places to get parts for phone, console, laptops and PCs repair, injured gadgets has the best prices and best quality. I got an aftermarket lcd for an iPhone 13, you would think it would be as bad for $18; it has amazing quality just as the original, no defects and has no massive bottom chin. They also provide the best water seals, same level as apple’s water seals. I could speak for ages on how good their parts are, but for now, 5/5 they are the best out there, period.”
