Availaibility and pricing of options is great!! However, one of the parts I purchased did not work and the location is so far I keep being unable to try and return it

Screen arrived quickly and installed well at a very low price. Some lightning cables, when plugged in, cause touch screen to go crazy. With other cables, screen works fine. Developed a line down the center of the screen and bright spots near the bottom quickly. But I’ve been using it as is for months with fairly solid functionality outside the issues mentioned.

I've purchased enough LCDs to know that once in a while you just get a defective screen. My usual vendor didn't have any LCDs for SM-T878U in stock. Got recommended Injured Gadgets from trusted people, but my first order was a defective LCD screen. Only half was functional, and I didn't get around to the repair for quite a while so ended up just eating the cost. Still might try in the future if I need something.

Hey Dustin! Sorry to hear about that, we would be happy to replace this screen for you.

the part was of accpetable quality but shipping to canada is unacceptably high

David, We charge a flat $35 to Canada regardless of order value. Meaning it could be 1 part or 1000 parts. This helps keep pricing even across all clients. We do state our shipping cost, so if you saw the part + shipping I would have to assume our total price was still cheaper than anywhere else.

The screen replacement broke on me at the last step. I reached out regarding a replacement a while back and have not heard anything.

One of my last experiences was not great with the representative , when I called to get some advice. I had been buying from IG for several years. I am just a small, no big deal repair person, due to that experience, Sadly, I just buy from Amazon now.

It would be nice if you distinguished between authentic Samsung parts and off brand replacement parts.

VERY good products with VERY annoying management and INSAINLY agressive web team: You buy $10-worth something and later realize it uncludes MASSIVE STREAM OF JUNK mails EVEN if you coose NOT to subscribe

My experience with injured gadgets is usually great but these lasts few order has been a little disappointing. I ordered 3 iPhone 12 batteries but when I was ready to use them, I realized it was only one iPhone 12 battery & the other two were iPhone 13 batteries. On another order, I ordered a Grade A battery with 90% or higher but when I got the battery is was less than 90%.

Good availability and fair prices. Only issues are the "compatibility" listings. There's a "compatibility" tab on every item but it is usually blank. This has caused more than once ordering something that, via the title and description, should have been compatible but was not for some small reason. Why do you have a "compatibility" category on EVERY listing if you're not updating it? For example, I once ordered sku "SS-ZFold4-AH-PB", as it's listed "F936" in the title and description. Problem being I needed it for a SM-F936U, and it was not compatible with this model, despite it being a version of model F936. In fact, the one ordered I still have no idea which versions of the F936, it could be SM-F936W, SM-F936B, SM-F936K, or others. This lack of clarity and transparency has caused me to misorder parts more than once. Because of this, I only order from Injured Gadgets as basically a last resort; only when my other suppliers (who do list compatibility clearly) do not have it in stock at all do I look to Injured Gadgets. Let me be perfectly clear here: I like Injured Gadgets' supplies; always high quality, good prices, fast shipping, and good customer support. But I have gone out of my way NOT to order from Injured Gadgets, even ordering from more expensive or less reputable suppliers many times, precisely because I do not know if my parts ordered will be properly compatible or not. And while when this happens I always get to return it for a full refund, the time it takes for my clients and the bad look my reputation gets from the public opinion of "not knowing how to order the correct parts" is worth more to me than a price or quality difference. Whoever is making the listings and updating the website, please update compatibility with ***EXACT*** model numbers. When you do that, you'll get MUCH more business from me (and I'm sure many others).

Hey Martin, we have a lifetime warranty for parts we still carry as long as you remain a client. Hope that answers your warranty question. But please note we do not warranty any parts damaged during a repair or broken from improper use.

Overall product quality was good, had no issues. Only problem was that the back glass did not have a logo. All other items that do not have a logo explicitly say so in the title. This one does not say that so I assumed it had a logo but it did not. Reached out to support prior to ordering the item for clarification and got no response.

Injured Gadgets overall is great. They usually have what you need. Their parts and products most of the time work well and last. Website is easy to navigate. However could use some work. One issue that I have is with returns. The return process is overall easy. The issue is that when you return an item. You never get your full money back. Say you buy a part for $10. It doesn't work, so you return it. You don't get $10 back. A percentage is taken. Why is IG taking a percentage of my money for a defective part that they sent? If I buy a laptop from BestBuy for $500 and it's defective or even if I don't want it and I return it. BestBuy gives me the full $500 back. Very shady in my opinion. Would be nice if IG fixed that.

Overall, great support. Parts have been hit or miss lately. I have about 5 screens in the last 10 that are having glitching issues or LCD burns. Frustrating, considering that some of them are over $100 each.

need more variety. Pricing is comparible to others, but selection not as good as Mobilesentrix.

This use to be our main supplier but we have since switched to others and only using them when we have to. The product quality is good, don't get me wrong. However, there have been some slight concerns we have had with them and just some things that other vendors provide that Injured Gadgets doesn't. At some point in time, we have lost our rep and he was never replaced so when we needed to contact Injured Gadgets, it got tricky. Also their prices on certain items, like power supplies, far exceeds those of our other parts suppliers. With other suppliers, we can price match AND request new parts with easy communication with the same represenatives. Here, we can't do any of that. That makes using this company sparingly a lot easier. Again, the product quality isn't an issue, it is just the overall service that is just not comparable to other suppliers.

The Aftermarket LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly did not work even though I installed it correctly and thus had to spend $85 to buy a new one and have it installed. The repairman confirmed I hadn’t made any mistakes in during the installation. The battery had no installation or function issues.
