“I don’t really have any issues in order process or with parts. The only thing I would suggest is if there was a way to substitute an item if it shows in stock but you don’t actually have. Thanks”

“Even though I haven’t used every item from my last order, I have been very pleased with everything so far. When eBay and Amazon began giving me poor quality items I began my search to find other places to get what I needed. Injured Gadgets has some of the best video game console parts out there and I really wish I could order more from them.”

“Overall IG has has been a good expirence. Have a low defect rate from batteries and a little higher from screens. would like to see service pack parts being sold on your site so further solidify our customer base and continued purchased though IG. Really appreciate the speed in which RMA's are handled. Recommend certain models like the 15 pro be purchased from another supplier because the bottom flex tends to be exposed causing lines and oled damage alot easier than other suppliers. Prices also tend to be higher then other suppliers, and i do not like how defective RMAs are instantly given a smaller credit than the price purchased. Would also like to be able to have a direct rep or at least a live chat option would be great. Price matching would also be a huge plus to contiune purchasing from your company.”

“Really good experience, but I feel the iphone displays (premium refurbished screens) are a bit hit or miss in terms of quality. Some don’t have great viewing angles, the home button on some screens won’t fit properly, and the ones that look perfect, often times have dim backlights. And I got a silver sim tray and it didn’t quite match the phone, but it was good enough. But the batteries and the prices are great.”

“Injured Gadgets has a better selection on OEM Samsung parts, and oftentimes better prices, than my other suppliers. However, their website's compatibility filters are lacking. Sometimes you'll find parts that are listed as "compatible with SM-S389" or whatever. And you order it, and it doesn't work. Because it is only compatible with SM-S389K version, and you have the SM-S389U version. Proper convention in this space is that you list the main model number (SM-S389) only if it's compatible with ALL versions of that part, and you should list specific version(s) if it's only compatible with specific version(s). Because of this, I've had to return multiple parts to Injured Gadgets for incompatibility. That being said, still good quality parts and good prices.”

“The parts I order the most are for the Apple iPad 7, 8, 9. Injured Gadgets has been my supplier of choice for years, and that because of their quality of service, quality of certain parts, and eagerness to work with me in cases where I have placed an order, then realized that same day that I need one additional part. Rather than pay for another shipment, they'll make an effort to include it in the first order. I appreciate that.”

“Thank you IG, i always wanted to say to you all Prices for the some parts are cheaper than ebay and it is located in ga. And i got impression that you guys are doing fair game overall what i mean by it is that most vendors i dealt with first priority is profit, however IG wants to grow with good relationships with vendors That is huge and i hope IG keeps growing stronger I know tech team is doing crucial role to pick the right parts, be more meticulous on it. Some parts are not there yet even though most parts are better than other vendors, please get the right ones with fair price. Thank you again Kyung Jin”

“I have used many different suppliers for mobile device repair and injuredgadgets had the best selection, best prices and very good communication. My only issue is that sometimes the mobile web page can do some quirky stuff when your checkout cart is full. Otherwise, I have been very happy with the site every since I started shopping here a few months ago.”
