I've been a customer for around 2 years now, and IG is my go-to supplier whenever I need electronic repair parts. IG offers a variety of products, all at a great price and amazing quality. I'm always surprised when IG has the part I need, even if it's niche/rare (e.g. Quest 2 parts, not many sellers offer these)! One main reason I'd recommend IG is their reliability and support. My experience with their support has been top-notch, and I feel way more comfortable buying from IG rather than a seller on eBay or Ali-Express, which, in my experience, have had subpar customer service. I also love their amazing warranty system. One time, I had an iPhone battery swell up months after repair, and they sent me a replacement for free, no shipping costs or anything! Whether you're an individual who fixes electronics in their free time (like me), or a bustling repair shop, I'm sure IG will meet your needs. I have yet to find another supplier that tends to both repair businesses AND individuals with such a huge selection, fair prices, and solid customer service.

the part was of accpetable quality but shipping to canada is unacceptably high

David, We charge a flat $35 to Canada regardless of order value. Meaning it could be 1 part or 1000 parts. This helps keep pricing even across all clients. We do state our shipping cost, so if you saw the part + shipping I would have to assume our total price was still cheaper than anywhere else.

Hi, you purchased the lowest quality LCD for a phone which requires an OLED. Yes, if you purchase a lower end part for a $1000 phone it will not work like OEM. We recommend you purchase a SOFT OLED or better. Thank you.

The screen replacement broke on me at the last step. I reached out regarding a replacement a while back and have not heard anything.

One of my last experiences was not great with the representative , when I called to get some advice. I had been buying from IG for several years. I am just a small, no big deal repair person, due to that experience, Sadly, I just buy from Amazon now.

It would be nice if you distinguished between authentic Samsung parts and off brand replacement parts.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. I thought I would try to save some money going with injured gadgets, and I even bought one of the better quality replacement screens, or so I thought. The problem is the screen failed shortly after they offered warranty expired. It took me a long time and a lot of work to replace the screen because I'm not really technically skilled. But in the beginning, the thing worked perfectly, and I thought I was clever to have saved that money. As it turned out, I wasted that money I would not buy from the company in the future. Be warned!

my purchase was for a one plus 11 screen it lasted less then 3 months and a greenline appeared thats a defect, i tried to get a replacement but was denied and told you only give a 60 day warrenty, i wrote stating i would not purchase any more screens

Hey Tim, this would not be considered a defect. A green line is a sign of a cracked or broken OLED. This was likely dropped causing OLED damage.
