“I have been doing business with injured Gadgets since July of 2013. They are the best. The parts they sell are top quality plus Injured Gadgets stand behind them. I always get to deal with a Real human being whenever I have questions or issues. Great Company!!!”

“This use to be our main supplier but we have since switched to others and only using them when we have to. The product quality is good, don't get me wrong. However, there have been some slight concerns we have had with them and just some things that other vendors provide that Injured Gadgets doesn't. At some point in time, we have lost our rep and he was never replaced so when we needed to contact Injured Gadgets, it got tricky. Also their prices on certain items, like power supplies, far exceeds those of our other parts suppliers. With other suppliers, we can price match AND request new parts with easy communication with the same represenatives. Here, we can't do any of that. That makes using this company sparingly a lot easier. Again, the product quality isn't an issue, it is just the overall service that is just not comparable to other suppliers.”

“I received my replacement parts and my iPhone rejected them saying that it did not recognize the parts. The repair shop refused to remove the parts from my phone so I had to eat the cost of both the parts that I ordered and attempted repair. It was a complete waste of money And I was unable to return since the repair shop would not remove it.”

I am sorry that the repair shop lied to you. Apple introduced a new iOS feature which will tell you if a part is Original, Used, or aftermarket. All would be useable, but it sounds like the repair shop was unfamiliar with the process.

“The Aftermarket LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly did not work even though I installed it correctly and thus had to spend $85 to buy a new one and have it installed. The repairman confirmed I hadn’t made any mistakes in during the installation. The battery had no installation or function issues.”

“For all intents and purposes we use your site for all iPad Generation model parts except for the 10th gen LCD’s. We would like to purchase them from your company but your pricing is not competitive with that of your largest competitor. In our experience the OEM Apple 1O gen LCD’s are extremely sensitive to any torquing during a digitizer replacement and, not considering the value of the motherboard, they are the most expensive part on the 10th gen iPad. That said, we must find the most reasonably priced 10th gen LCD’s available and regrettably that would not be those for sale at Injured Gadgers.”

“My PS5's disk drive stopped working and after watching a couple of videos it seemed like this is a known issue with PS5. Injured gadgets had the part I need to get it working and at a reasonable price. Shipping was on time and the videos they provided to complete the repair process was easy to follow. I can enjoy my PS5 disk based games now without a problem.”
