“I had ordered a battery replacement for my Iphone 11 pro max. I bought the second most expensive one, not sure what the exact name is called. I had a professional switch my old battery to the new one, however a few days later after my phone fell from my hands the phone turned off and wouldnt turn on. The issue was definetly with the battery because later i switched it back to my original battery and my phone is working fine, just less battery health. Overall disappointment with this purchase because i had heared great reviews and was excited to purchase more parts for my macbook pro as well.”

Hey Melina! Our batteries have multiple certifications thru proper standards. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with one, however, this could have been caused by improper install if an FPC was damaged. However, if it is our part, our batteries do carry a lifetime warranty, and the best part is you dont even need to send it back for a credit!

“I've purchased enough LCDs to know that once in a while you just get a defective screen. My usual vendor didn't have any LCDs for SM-T878U in stock. Got recommended Injured Gadgets from trusted people, but my first order was a defective LCD screen. Only half was functional, and I didn't get around to the repair for quite a while so ended up just eating the cost. Still might try in the future if I need something.”

“The product I bought most frequently was the Insured Gadgets liquid glass screen protectors. They stopped offering the reimbursement credit as it's advertised and I was not notified which made me appear as dishonest to my customers. Also Mansoor could be more helpful and often comes across as rude.”
