“The quality is fantastic and the art selection is very diverse and wide. My biggest gripe is shipping time. I’ve ordered twice from InkedGaming now, and both times have been unsatisfied with shipping. This time around it took 5 weeks for my item to actually ship from the date I purchased it. I understand they were dealing with delays, but this was well beyond the initial 3 week estimate I was given. If you’re looking for something to be delivered in a more timely matter, keep that in mind”

“The constant delays with my last two orders have made me consider finding a different vendor who can handle my orders in a more timely manner. If you had accurate lead times it would be less of an issue but as someone who runs charity events who give away playmats as prizes I should not be as worried about my delivery taking 6-8 weeks or more to be delivered and having to reach out to have it moved up the line is not a good business model. I hope that in the future you can fix these issues but I have very little trust in your brand at this point.”

“The playmat I ordered took a month to ship. The feel and quality of the mat is great; however, the colors were completely over saturated from what I had originally painted. this lead to a lot of subtle detail being lost.”

“Finally received my order almost 3 weeks after purchase date. Had to reach out to find out why it was taking so long. Snow and ice affecting shipping from picking orders up, no problem, I get it, we’re under snow and ice too. Just wish they would have let me know when they knew there would be delays instead of me having to reach out to them.”

“The interface to setup your custom image for the gamemat is good. Would like to see the ability to change a portrait image into a landscape image. The end image came out good on the mat. However, I ordered with stitched edging and it didn't have the stitched edging when it arrived.”

“The quality of the mousepads are top-notch however for this particular order, it came in super dark. I had to check the image I submitted just to make sure I didn't send in the wrong one. I'm still going to use it because I need it but kind of disappointed that it differs from the image I submitted.”

“I've ordered two playmats from Inked before. The first one was great, but the second one had a problem with the aspect-ratio. I uploaded a custom picture at first, but there was a copyright issue with that one, so I uploaded a completely different custom picture. Uploading that second image doesn't have the cropping tool like they do for the usual method of uploading a custom image. So, I emailed staff to make sure my new image would be properly centered and cropped. They assured me it would be, but it was not this way when delivered. I'm still a happy customer; these people do good work. I just like my 2nd playmat way less than my 1st one, and I now know to be even pickier with my choices in the future.”

“I ordered a custom playmat. The colors printed were not amazing, but were pretty good. I have them a 300dpi image and the print came out clear. What I didn't like: when a custom mat is ordered, they give you a template to figure out how big the image should be. The instructions told me to add a border/buffer to the image file that can get cut off because they need some space to cut the edges. That border was fully included in my print. And because the border is still present, it's extremely obvious that the cut isn't aligned straight with the image. Also the order took nearly a month to complete even tho I had 6-8 day shipping. I imagine these problems aren't easy to solve with custom prints, but I'm not completely sure if I'll order from here again for prints. If there was the smallest amount of care put into the cutting, the border wouldn't have bothered me so much. But generally sloppy craftsmanship :/ All the generic stuff I had added to my order (like card sleeves and bags) were great. I'll likely order again for those”

“Quality is ok the picture looks a little blurry on my second plat mat. Shipping took awhile so don’t trust the shipping timing especially if you have two or more.”
