“Usually I love the print quality and am a frequent purchaser, however my recent print quality was printed incredibly dark as well as a crucial part of the piece was cut off.”

“I placed this order as a test after the nearly year long wait for my last order. This one showed up in reasonable time, about 2 weeks, and was in good condition and with the quality they used to offer. I hope this continues.”

“I Appreciated the notification of the delay in the order. Did not appreciated when no notification was given to extension in the delay. Massage to inquire on progress well after the delays time frame, told 2 to 3 more days, week later it shipped. Paid for 2 to 4 day shipping; shipping took 2 weeks. Otherwise no problem with the product itself, turned out exacting as designed. Please just improve communication with clients while a delay has come and went; we get delays happen”

“The quality of this mat is top notch. The time to deliver was very poor. From purchase to receipt was 30+ days. Apparently there was a 15-20 day delay which is understandable however it was not communicated until I reached out to understand why I had not received my product.”

“The mats printed were amazing and everything we could’ve hoped for. However, the printing delays were twice as long as advertised, which was very disappointing and the event we ordered for was missed.”

“The product was well made, properly printed, and exactly as I'd hoped it would be. My only negative experience was the SIX follow-up emails (no including emails about my order) advertising the site, which I recieved before I'd even gotten the desk mat. On the SAME DAY I placed the order, I was being encouraged to look into the Sand Dollar point program for discounts on future purchases.”

“The wait was long and arduous but it was worth it in the end pulled a full art foil vein ripper out of the packs wish you guys would continue supply box I would be a regular subscription for sure!!!!!”

“Did not appreciate 2 weeks "unfulfilled" status on order with no information. Was actually about to cancel my order before it was shipped due to being unsure wether I just got scammed or not. Suggest a more in depth system on status of products such as if they are "made to order" what step the process is on. All that in mind I am in love with the playmats I got top tier quality! Will definetly be ordering again now that I know I will actually receive my orders.”

“Found the idea from a tiktok and thought it would be a great gift idea. Easy to submit custom image. My only complaint was it took a bit to arrive because I wanted to give it to my friend on his birthday but it didn’t matter that much. It didn’t help how there was a recent snowstorm as well. The mousepad came out great, really high quality.”

“The product I ordered turned out to be very high quality and exactly matched the description. The only issue I had was there was less than adequate communication about when I would receive the item, and it did take several weeks to arrive.”

“Inked Gaming is a great way to support individual artists and their work. Their customer service is super helpful as well and are willing to work with you. The shipping took a little while, but considering that I made my purchase around the holidays and their business is located on the far opposite side of the country, I'd say they are well worth the money and time waiting for a quality product”

“This mat is awesome, the quality is amazing and I would have gave ot 5*, however there was a very small issue with the stiching at the top, a minor defect, it was coming undone. I burned the end of the fray to control the issue. And as I mentioned it was a very minor defect that was easily resolved myself. But still wish it didn't arrive with a defect in the first place.”

“Product was as described, grab bag of limited Halloween Franzetta art. Can't complain there. Unfortunately I received the only artwork I absolutely despised. No fault to you as it was a blind bag, just wish Franzettas artwork was the eye catching part of the mat, and not the garish blue and red bats that cover 70% of the mat.”
