This worst company I have ever delt with. I placed an order in December, 12th 2025 as a Christmas gift that should have arrived in 2-3 weeks. I didn't hear anything from the company for months and honestly forgot about the order. When I finally followed up in March 18th, 2026, the companies owner, Thomas, replied with "Your has been waiting way too long, and I'm sorry for that. I want to give you two options so you can decide what works best for you: I can flag your order for priority fulfillment and get it out to you as soon as possible. I can issue you a full refund if you'd rather not wait any longer. Just let me know which you'd prefer and I'll take care of it right away. Thomas Pool Inked Gaming". I asked to ship it, he then did nothing. I continued to follow up every 2 week up until now- May 26th, 2026. I has been 165 days of trying to get a $30 playmat from this terrible, incapable company. At first I appreciated Thomas reaching out, but then he would take weeks to get back to me- if he ever did. Every time I would follow up with him, he would send me the exact same email back saying I could choose a refund or to ship it, and I continued to pick ship the item with no avail. The last email I sent him was May 4th, I have yet to get a reply still. Terrible costumer service, terrible communication, this should not be a company. Save your money, order from anyone else.

Placed an order in Feb. Contacted the company a few times getting emails promising to send my order out. Finally fed up and will be issuing a charge back. Don't use this company.

Placed my order 8 months ago and haven't received a single update. Initially e-mailed customer support and didn't hear back from them either. Looking at their website now the button to contact support no longer works. Please don't waste your money like I did!

It took two months to receive after ordering with no updates. I sent a contact ticket to get an update and no one responded for two weeks. I sent another request and finally got a response that my order would made in one to two weeks. When it finally showed up, it wasn't even what I ordered. I spent $60 I'm total but if I try to process a return for wrong item delivered, the refund is only $50 plus I have to pay to ship the wrong product back.

Used 4 day shipping, received my product 7 days later. Constantly contacted support online and through email without response. Then they forgot an item in the order completely. 10/10 will not use again.

Ordered December 1st 2024, as of October 1st 2025, I have no received the mat or an answer to any of my emails asking where it is. 75$ down the drain.

I used to like this company but my latest order was a total disaster. I received a playmat that was completely wrong colors in one section, so I contacted support. An AI chatbot confirmed that I would receive a refund and directed me to a form to fill out. I filled out the form and was given an automated Refund Declined message. They never replied to my follow up email. Avoid using this site.

I ordered my mat on August 6 and it arrived on September 20. In my order i included the delivery guarantee and wrote countless times, via email and instagram and received no response. Would never buy here again.

the day after I ordered the custom mats I reached out to the company to request a change (no stitching) and never heard back from them. I tried to reconnect several times using different methods but my attempts were never returned. I even cancelled my order and there was no response. 4 weeks later I get a shipping notice. The product is fine but it is not what I wanted. It was very frustrating not to have any of my contact attempts answered.

God awful service ordered in March ‘25 didn’t ship until September ’25 the whole time I got no updates about it. Found this same design on Temu for 1/10th of what is is on here and is probably the same quality. Save your money don’t order from here

I placed an order and not even 5 minutes after I got a code for $10 off. I messaged support multiple times and they ignored me. I issued a chargeback, don’t trust this sketchy company.

I initially ordered a mat on June 30th. I received an email after ordering that things are delayed so it will take up to 15 business days. I followed up on July 23 asking for a status update and received a response that it will be 3-5 more business days. On August 5th I again requested a status update, however this time I did not get a response. Another email sent on August 7th without a response. The product finally arrived August 25th. Absolutely terrible service.

I had designed an image that would fit within your guys cut off box, and choose were i wanted the boarders. However the design hd a black edge which i didn't want to show on it.

I had purchased a playmat and a playmat bag from Inked Gaming in March, I was moving at the end of April never got a notification that my order was ready to be shipped, so I reached out to customer service to get an estimate on how long it would take and to change my delivery address. They assured me that my order would be fulfilled. The next month or so I kept getting emails of ads for buying more products, apologies for the delays and thank you messages for sticking it out for so long. Suddenly the emails just completely stopped, their social media pages also went quiet. I have been trying to reach out since late June about the status of my order. Some attempts have been made via their website chatbot, which over 15 days ago I had sent a message and still with no response. I made an attempt to email them, it's been over a week, no response.

They sent me the wrong art on a product. I shipped it back per their instructions for a refund, and they just never put money back on my card.

Honestly, having the whole process take a month was pretty crappy. You guys weren’t this bad before. Sadly I probably won’t buy from you again because of how poor this process was

I placed an order in December 2024 which has not been delivered, nor have I been given a refund after requesting one. They are ignoring all attempts to contact their support regarding this issue.
