Received the wrong item and customer service won't respond. I'm out 46 dollars DO NOT buy from inked gaming ever.

There was no clear expectation of delivery timeframe until AFTER I ordered my product. Even then it took my single custom mat over a month to arrive. The online chat support feature did not work (I tried several times on several devices) and I never received an email back from the support team when I tried to follow up there. When I finally did receive my custom mat, the image was blurry despite following their specific instructions for resolution and clarity of the original image. All in all, would not recommend and will not shop here again.

Contacted support twice never heard anything back, never doing business with them ever again! Would love to upload a picture of my product but they sent it to the wrong place two weeks after I asked them to change the shipping address!

Not only did my order come over and month late, but I also received zero responses when I reached out to multiple customer service personnel. The package finally came and seems good enough, but the lackluster approach of the customer support has definitely left me unlikely to buy anything else from this company.

Was not pleased at all not only did the shipment take months to receive the product I was received was horrrible the mat was thin and flimsy and the art work was stretched and not appealing

Mat has multiple mistakes on it. Submitted a refund request and provided photos. They denied it saying the full price custom mat I bought was a final sale item.

Placed an order for 1 play mat on March 3rd 2025 ,its now June 17th 2025 and no sign of delivery, went to go get a refund but its past the 30 day return policy.... never buying anything from this company again. Would not recommend placing an order, you'll never see your product.

Truly abysmal experience that unfortunately could’ve been easily avoided with any amount of communication from their staff. Ordered a mat which did not ship for nearly a month, and when I reached out to change the address to a new place days prior to label creation/shipment, I did not receive any acknowledgment or confirmation one way or another and my mat was shipped and delivered to an obsolete address. Even after reaching out about this, I have still received no response whatsoever. Will never do business with this company again, as it seems their customer service quality has fallen off a cliff. Avoid and find alternatives if at all possible.

Customer service is quick to respond. However, and unfortunately, this company is not in a place to be taking new orders at the moment. I ordered a play mat in February of 2025 and was left in the dark for 2 months on its arrival. After reaching out for a delivery update, I was told there SHOULD be a delivery within 1-3 weeks. After those 3 additional weeks passed, I was flat out told they have no timeline. I will give them credit for being honest, but I would absolutely avoid placing any orders until their operations have rightsized.

Ordered an extra large mouse pad at the end of March. Today is May 12 and we are STILL waiting on the pad. Zero updates from the company and no one is replying to the 'talk with a rep' system.

Ordered a playmat back in February with expedited shipping, finally it is May and it arrived in a very low quality and poor product. They also refuse to refund my expedited shipping. Will never order from here again, would have better luck from a bootleg shop on Amazon.

Inked gaming used to be our companys go to for custom playmats. However, their turnaround time and lack of communications is becoming criminal by statute. At the time of writing this, we had an order arrive missing playmats. We contacted them regarding this and have had no response. We have a separate large order of custom 2 player playmats that has been long overdue for shipment. We have been reaching out for even an expected shipping date but no response of anytype. This has gotten to the point we have contacted our company attoney because we have a paid invoice and at this point, no sense that we will ever recieve the product we paid for.

As of 4/21/25, I haven't received my playmat which was ordered on 2/19/25. It appears to be stuck in "unfulfilled" status. Inked Games has also not responded to their chat or email and I'm unable to locate a phone number on their site.

I ordered a desk pad in January. The website said I should receive it in 5-15 business days. Here we are in April, and I still have not received the desk pad nor any updates. I've checked every couple of weeks, but the site just says they are experiencing delays due to holiday orders, even though I didn't order this until the last week of January. I asked for a refund so I can just go to another vendor, but haven't heard back.

I ordered a Christmas gift in early December. There was no communication from this company after my order until shortly before Christmas when I reached out. It had been weeks since my order and my order was not yet even confirmed. I attempted to cancel the order and told this company I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. The mat I ordered finally showed up in January. The mat itself is fine, but the communication, and timeliness of filling orders was terrible. I suspect if I had not been reaching out they would have kept my money and never filled the order, since my credit card was charged at the time I placed the order.

The order was placed on 1/1/2025. The money was deducted from my bank account on 1/2/2025. I have contacted the customer service/support many, many times to see where my order is. I received on response on 1/28/2025, stating that they were busy and the order would be filled soon. It is now 2/13/2025, I have contacted them several times since 1/28/2025. There has been no response. I am not sure what to do from here. My order is still in the "Unfulfilled" status. I may never see it or get my money back. I am very disappointed and will never order from them again.

Dit platform leek betrouwbaar, maar nadat ik mijn investering had gedaan, kon ik niet meer bij mijn geld en werd alle communicatie met hun supportteam verbroken. Ik was er kapot van en dacht dat mijn spaargeld voorgoed verloren was. Gelukkig kwam ik het volgende tegen: 𝘌𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭: 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘵7 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 .𝘤𝘰𝘮 WhatsApp: +44 73-88-69-79-58. Hun team was professioneel, vroeg geen vooruitbetalingen en begeleidde me door het hele herstelproces. Tot mijn opluchting kregen ze mijn hele £ 277.400 terug. Ik ben enorm dankbaar voor hun hulp en zou hun diensten aanbevelen aan iedereen die slachtoffer is geworden van oplichting.
