“No service after the sell, they sold me the wrong lines and nothing to fix it, ended up having to buy 2 full kits, lines don't fit well at all, a bunch of unnecessary bends where not needed, no bends where there should be. Look at all the reviews, either 1 star or 5. Don't worry, I have told everyone about my experience and can't wait to steer others away.”

Chris, After reviewing the correspondence that you had with our support team, it looks like in the first conversation, you had asked for help with selecting the correct brake lines for your vehicle. We sent you the links to the correct kits that were made for your vehicle, however, it looks like you had placed an order for a kit that was different than the information we supplied to you. In the second conversation, it was mentioned to you that you had ordered the incorrect kit. You said you only needed two specific lines and you were given the information on the smallest kit available that included the lines needed. You were also given assistance on selecting the correct brake cables for your vehicle as well. Most of this assistance came after your original sale. Best Regards, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

“Less than satisfactory. Ordered a two-piece brake set. One end fit and the other did not. Measured it with a micrometer and the connectors were slightly larger. Reported that to jareth but he said we send out the proper replacements and did not offer any other assistance other than your right and I'm wrong. Not the kind of service I would expect.”

Bradley, After reviewing our correspondence with you, I see where we determined that your line pattern differed from our original line so we had offered to duplicate your original line. You had stated that you wanted to use the line you ordered and asked about a connector for those lines so we sent you the requested information for the connector. “Brake pedal pad does not fit late model vehicles. Was purchased for an 88 Cutlass Supreme Classic and is much too wide to fit the narrow pedal. Is not a factory quality piece but that was not expected at this price point.”

Michael, It looks like you had placed this order online and reached out to us because you did not know where to straighten the lines from the shipping bends. We provided you two documents on the same day as your inquiry that annotated where the shipping bends were and a link to a video demonstrating how to the remove the bends. I apologize that you did not find that information helpful.
