“Your lines have saved my a lot of time doing the jobs that I have used them on.I had to reshape some of them a little but still better than making them all myself. I found a couple of flares that didn’t look very good,but they did hold up. When I get another complete replacement job, I will order. Thanks”

“I emailed you to see if you were taking and shipping online orders, ( because of the pandemic) and you were. I placed my order and it came very fast considering it shipped from Michigan going to California. The parts look good and bolted up as they should. Very satisfied.”

“The tubing is very good as expected. Straight lengths are hard to find. The fittings were not stainless steel. I did not specify on my phone order perhaps I should have. Just a suggestion, The nylon fuel line kit should have stainless steel connections. Rust is a big issue here. I did my plow truck a few years ago. Your lines still look shiny and new.”

“It works great, the whole 24 hour for local pick up is a real big kick in the pants for parts that you have in stock. Personally I wish that would go away.”

My apologies, due to the volume of orders from all over the world our warehouse fulfills we have to take all orders in the order they are placed. This means we can't hold up other orders to pull something out of order. This is why there is a small waiting period. My apologies for this inconvenience.

“Very good shipping the fit and finish was very good for 90 percent of the order. The coils were not correct but that was easy to remedy and there products are very good I would have no issue getting more product from this outfit”

“After taking my brake line set out of the box, I could see that the long single line that goes from the front right brake to the left was bent into an arch to fit in the box that it was shipped in. It is nearly impossible to get the perfect straight bend back into the line . The stainless set I ordered years before was never bent this way to accommodate the box. This set is going on a high dollar restoration and that particular line is visible on the engine bay above the engine. Not happy with having to use that line . Dave Nelson, 70 Plymouth GTX.”

I am sorry that this line is giving you trouble, all these longer lines are shipping bent to so that we can ship them at a reasonable rate. At the cost to ship a 8-9 foot long box would be astronomical. This is the best we can do to get you lines at a price anyone is willing to pay. If there is anything more we can do for you. “I order some brake parts and they came in a timely manner. Upon opening the packages, one part was damaged. I emailed the company with pictures and they promptly sent a new part. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is almost impossible to talk to a real person due to their automated telephone system.”

I am sorry our phone system gave you trouble, all tech support is handled through email as explain on the phone prompt. My apologies that you did get to talk to someone on the phone. It is company policy to get photos to record mistakes, as a way to better our business and identify problems. We find that phone conversions do not convey the same amount of information as pictures do. We hope that you next experience is a 5 Star one, please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!

“very good power brake conversion had a small problem with booster replaced it with no problem had to do all tech help on computer would much rather talk to someone it would have been much Quicker second kit I bought will buy again please get tech support you can call”
