“Worked good on standard steel line. If the line has a thick protective film, it won’t work, slips”

“The products are great and affordable, customer service is good. Shipping through Fed Ex sucks. It is unacceptable and their lack of professionalism, courtesy, and NO service is tainting your positives. In my area, Fedex cannot be depended on for delivery, and it's NOT because of covid, but their lack of ability and just a bunch of hacks as delivery drivers. They are doing this to many businesses. You should use UPS. Absolutely NO problems there.”
