“I ordered transmission cooler lines for my 1995 Chevy S-10 4.3 engine. My mechanic Rob has over 30 years in the business. He said they were the wrong lines and would not fit. I answered the info on the return section and sent a email. A James Dudeck did reply asking where I had got the parts and I replied off Inlinetube web site. MY order number is 12726. I have not heard back.”

William, I have Checked into this for you. We sometimes see pattern variances and have secondary patterns. If you are able to send a picture of your original lines to us we can see if we have the patterns you need and send them to you. Please send these pictures to James and he will get them to our tech.

“Very unfair company 20% restocking fee is ridiculous especially when they don’t let you know that there is a 20% restocking fee and technical help is very poor. Assured me parts would be right and nothing fit. Returned unused none fitting parts back and still got charged more for returning! Payed around $111 and got returned around $57. Thieves!”

Larry, I have looked into this and there was a mistake on your return. We did not notice the banjos that were also returned. we are processing another credit for you today. “The brake line recieved for my 2003 Excursion wasn't even close to being a reasonable fit. Since we are unable to call and speak with anyone I had to send an email to the company. To my surprise a person by the name of James responded and requested a picture of the line sent and an indication of the issue. So I sent a picture of the line indicating where the flare fitting is supposed to be. At that point all responses to my emails were ignored.”

I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory. We try our hardest to help ever customer to the best of our ability. My apologies that we fell short on this order for you. We handle tech support though email to facilitate sending pictures which is necessary for understanding tech problems hundreds of miles from the vehicles having the issue. “I got my brake lines and you could tell they were really high quality right from the box. Everything is there! Don’t be alarmed! Some things come in two pieces! It will fit even if you don’t think it’s long enough. They’re better quality than the original OE lines. I will be using inline tubes for all my brake line vacuum line and fuel lines in any project I have. If you need all the lines for your daily driver or your restoration. You need to check out online tubes”

“I ordered the 9 piece brake line set in plain steel for a 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII. Overall, I would rate them a 90%. The right front line had the wrong flare nut where it attaches to the ABS unit. I had to cut the line, reuse the factory nut, and reflare the line. I also had to rebend this end of the line to fit properly. Otherwise, the lines fit well and saved me a ton of work. Despite the two issues, I would buy them again.”

“They have a lot of needed items to bring your old muscle back to life in it`s true form, but they know it and it shows in the pricing. Wouldn't mind but then you have to add shipping, that hurts. Example: purchased an item that was $9.00 a bit much but then the shipping was $6.00, could have put it in an envelope for a dollar or two. Sorry fellas I just call it as I see it. Thanks”

I am sorry that you are not happy with the prices on some of our products, these are only the highest quality restoration parts and such demand a higher price point. The cost to ship theses parts as fast as possible is also a large cost to us. We work hard to make these hard to find items as low cost as possible but this tends to be a double edge sword. If you ever have a issue with price, Please contact one of our sales reps and we will work to make a deal with you.
