“About 3 years ago I started helping my brother on his land in the country. Was bitten about 10 times with chiggers. Nasty little devils, make you want to scratch your skin off. Started using Insect Shield clothing and Permethrin Spray ever since then. Not a single chigger, mosquitoe, or tick on me since. I'm a life long customer ever since. Retreated my pants once,, 4 pair fit into 1 bag. Evan bought some stuff for family that are always out gardening. Way to go Insect Shield. 10 stars 🌟 from me. ROBERT H. DUBUQUE, IOWA”

“Any item I recieve from Insect Shield is top notch. I especially like the Key work jeans. I wear them year round on the farm, and no matter how dirty they get, they come out clean after washing. And boy are they tough(I especially like the side pockets as my phone fits perfectly and is out of the way!). I never have tick issues. Keep up the great work, and thank you.”

“I love my socks and the V-neck long sleeve shirt that I purchased. They both are soft and comfortable, and I feel confident wearing the socks with elastic ankle pants or the socks up over my pant legs. Quite a sight to behold with the socks going up to my knees! Only downside that I can see is that they’re white, which of course they need to be to find ticks but they get pretty dirty when I’m gardening. I am wondering if I can use any stain removal on them. Thank you for a lovely product.”

“I love Insect Shield. I have been buying insect shield clothing for years and I always recommend it to my family and friends. My wife contracted Alpha Gal a few years ago and that is when we started looking for tick protection. Have not had a tick since. Awesome product.”

“I buy Insect Shield sock to protect myself from ticks. They are comfy and of good quality. I have sent my own clothes once a year for the past two years. I love that I can designate some of my clothes as "outdoor clothes," and know that they will protect me from bugs and ticks as well. The customer service is great and the treated clothes work really well keeping biting bugs away from me.”

“As a rural upstate NY gardener I have had numerous Lyme infections and an episode of anaplasmosis. For the past three years Insect Shield clothing from socks to pants, shirts, hat and kerchief have become my summer uniform when outside. So far, so good. No tick borne diseases during that time - a record for me.”

“Love this site and the products that are offered. My entire family uses insect shield socks, buffs, scarves and tees. We love being outside and these products work well and wash easily. I do wish more clothing was offered for larger adults and younger children. I can not imagine being disappointed with any of the items offered on this site.”

“Going on the third summer wearing Insect Shield treated clothes when I work in the yard. I have not had a tick on me to date. I use treated long socks, tee shirts, and jeans. I use treated long sleeve outer shirts in spring and fall. The pruduct works as advertised.”

“The Insect shield clothing has worked perfectly for us in preventing tick and insect bites. Since we have started wearing them while in wooded & grassy areas we have had no problems. We even bought clothing for our little dog who had lots of ticks on her even with her monthly flea & tick prevention.”

“We have a market garden in Tennessee and we grow crops in about 2 acres. We spend a lot of time down in the ground and have had great success in staying safe from all the insect predators we could have contact with. We credit great products for that!!”
