“I have not received my purchase. Tried tracking it and miraculously I got a text and email saying it was delivered that day. Yet I still do not have it. I’m sad because I saw many more things I wanted.”

“I ordered the "hand-made" braided blanket. It was pricey but looked beautiful in the pictures. It took forever to get and is extremely cheap looking and started falling apart immediately. Don't be fooled.”

“Inspire Uplift basically discarded my request to cancel order within 15 minutes of ordering product. I explained that my card was used by another to make purchase but was provided with a link to their refund/return procedures. This was not a refund, item had not shipped, did not request a return, I requested a cancellation. This site refused, instead they requested feedback for their customer service and provided me with the link to track my order.Inspire Uplift does not refund items, they will issue a store credit which can potentially take up to 30 days for the process to be completed. This site indicates it is in Florida yet fails to state on their site that all products are shipped from China, very much not appreciated as shipping from China requires much longer shipping times. I will not be conducting any business with this site in the future as items for sale at Inspire Uplift can be found at other much more reputable site such as eBay or amazon for far more reasonable prices than Inspire Uplifts sale prices. Customer service? In my experinces with Inspire Uplift customer service has been rather poor. My requests are constantly ignored, I am provided with information not pertinent to my requests and often take several days to get a response.”

“worst company ever, i wish i could rate them "zero" stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY. i ordered my husband a cigar merchandise from this company on december 1st, as it was going to be my christmas gift for him. My gift arrived on January 5th, broken!!! the glass was falling out of the box before I even opened it. Please save your money and don't buy from here.”

I never received the teddy bear rose that was supposed to arrive by Valentine’s Day. The crazy thing about it they went so far as providing me with a UPS contact number a dam tracking number. Hey guess what the tracking number was FAKE!”

“WORST COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All items are shipped out of China after the order is placed. 34 days it took to receive and they ignored my emails the whole time as I tried to figure out what was going on. I asked 3 times for the order to be canceled and refunded if it had not yet shipped and was ignored each time. Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM inpire uplift. They say 1-3 days processing and 7-10 days shipping. They weren't even close yet now they only want to offer me store credit (after FINALLY getting back to me). Website says 100% satisfaction guarantee which is not at all true. I would never consider buying anything from these people again. All this stuff can be found online cheaper and with much better shipping and customer service. I have never had a worse experience buying ANYTHING EVER online. Trust me, you do not want to get involved with this company.”

“Worst company to buy from!! Placed an order for my wife so I could surprise her on Valentine’s Day and made the order way in advance and per inspire uplift website it should’ve been here on time but that was/is not the case. I’m still waiting on an email confirmation which they say they answer within 1 business day and it’s been 8 already. There’s no way to contact them only through email and they don’t answer until the product has been supposedly shipped just so they can charge you the restocking fee. This site is a scam and I will post it on every review site that I can. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.”
