“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPANY!! Do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews! Chances are employees have created these false reviews!! I order two pairs of leggings from my InspireUpLift for my mother for Christmas! My mom is a tiny woman and wears a size small. Therefore, I ordered her a size small. I gave it to her for Christmas and they did not fit. The company is saying I can't return them because the package they were shipped in was opened!! Are you kidding me??? Of course, the package was opened. They were a Christmas present. Also, the shipping package was nothing special. It was a plain black plastic bag with a shipping label and the return address as JFK. Interesting! Additionally, the sizes are NOT made for typical people as a 5XL has a 38" hip. Really?!?!?! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! FIND ANOTHER SITE because they are a rip-off and obviously do not care about customer service or standing by the products they sell.”

“I spent 200.00 plus dollars on items for Christmas online with this company and ordered it in early November. It’s January 2nd and I never received one item and they lied to me saying that the items are at my local USPS. BS! Usually if a carrier can’t make a delivery of a product (which there is no reason for my residence and never have I ever had an issue before with others) they leave a notice saying couldn’t deliver at your door. That is a flat out lie that they are giving. Impossible to get anyone that is helpful. And forget about calling them. They messaged me saying there is no phone contact! I had to call my bank and get them to reverse charges. My bank confirmed to me that this company is in fact fraud!!! Why are they still able to advertise on google and search engines. They should be banned from that!!! Just go look at the reviews fro this company. It shouldn’t be even close to 4.4 stars. No way it is! That’s a lie also.”

“I ordered plush elephants which were shipped in a PLASTIC bag. The bag was cut open when it was delivered and one of the elephants was too. I immediately contacted the company and after over a week they agreed to replace it. Even though the whole process had taken sooo long and I indicated that these were to be Christmas gifts AND they used unprotective packaging, they sent the replacement with ALL of the slowest shipping methods possible. So I still have not received the order that I placed in early November and it is not expected before Christmas!”

“VERY UNHAPPY with Inspire Uplift. DO NOT BUY. Very cheap quality product. They end up putting everything on their site for 50% off so they don't have to refund your money if you return or are unhappy. Instead they force you to get something else with store credit, but all the items in the inventory are SO cheap. It's the same quality as something you would buy on the side of the street for a few bucks. I bought a $50 LED floating globe for my partner's father. It was more like a cheap toy. I was unhappy and reached out to customer service saying they would not return my money! It's outrageous. Save your money and shop somewhere else. DO NOT recommend.”

“In November of 2020 we ordered a $60 lamp from InspireUplift.com. It was going to be a Christmas present. We thought I had given ourselves lots of time but the lamp didn’t come until January. When it DID come, it was cracked because the packaging was a thin cardboard box over the lamp’s regular packaging. No protective packaging whatsoever. We contacted support and they sent a new one, this one also took a while but not a full month. When we did receive it around February 26th, the packaging was the same flimsy box over box and the box itself was crushed and ripped but the lamp was not cracked this time. We tried it out and it seemed to work. LESS than 2 months later, the lamp will now no longer turn off, you now have to unplug it. We did nothing to create this problem, the switch still moves it just doesn’t shut off. It is clearly defective in some way. We contacted support and they stated that we were outside the 14 day window and couldn’t get a refund. So to sum up, for $60 we got what was supposed to be Christmas present two months late and it only worked for 2 months. This is a horrible company that does not stand behind its products.”
