this app is quite counter intuitive specific search for items only pops up same exact home page items &as far as customer service" had a glitch with payment info glad i didn't complete the order.. lousy app no professional c. service members supposed to get response within the next day so they say but nope. What a waste o time bu bye now!🙄👎 fix/end chat bots🔧🤖🔨 btw thanks Ian.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I ordered an item (Magic LED Drawing Board for Kids - https://www.inspireuplift.com/Magic-Led-Drawing-Board-For-Kids/iu/101) from Inspire Uplift as a Christmas present. PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER I contacted them via their '24/7 Live Chat' on December 13,2020, I inquired about the approximate shipping time and what country the item was made in/shipped from. The representative replied only that the company is based in the US and offered world wide shipping (I should have taken this as a Red Flag when the Rep did not directly answer my question, that's on me). I had to ask twice more about the shipping time, then the Rep assured me that it would arrive within 1-3 days. I then asked to verify that if I ordered immediately I would receive the item by the end of the week (which would have been Dec 18 or 19), and the rep again assured me that I would. I placed my order the same day (Dec 13) and the next day got a message saying that the order would be PROCESSED in 1-3 days and would ARRIVE within 7-10 business days after processing. On the 16th I received an email with a tracking number saying that the item was in transit, it was at this time that I found out that it was shipping from China, not the USA as I first believed. I decided to wait in hopes that it would still arrive in time, however, I checked the status on the 18th and found that it had not moved from the sorting facility, I contacted Inspire Uplift customer support and told them that I wanted to cancel the order because I had been assured by the Chat Representative that I would receive it by the end of that week and since it was not yet in the US, I did not believe it would arrive by Christmas. After several emails back and forth to repeatedly explain my concerns, I was told that the order could not be canceled as it was already in transit, even though it was still at the processing center and that the issue would be sent to a manager. NO MANAGER (OR ANYONE ELSE) EVER CONTACTED ME. I contacted them AGAIN on Dec 25 because their tracker still did not show the item was in the US, but got no reply. The item finally arrived on Jan 8 (2 weeks after Christmas and 3 weeks after the '24/7 chat' Rep assured me it would. After all that I had no confidence that they would return my money timely or at all so I kept the item, which, I have to say was of EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY, it was just a piece of fiber board treated to be photo sensitive; definitely not worth the 30 dollars they charged for it. I had the presence of mind when speaking to the chat rep to save the text of the conversation which I have pasted below. In short I do not feel 'Inspired' OR 'Uplifted' by my experience with this site and will NEVER order from them again. Contents of Chat Transcript Window: Need help? Very disappointed in the product, delivery and customer service. One product never arrived, another one came in a damaged state and was missing an essential tool ( also 40 days late). Customer service was trying to convince me that that tool is not usually included ( when it is clearly indicated on instructions manual and in photos of other users), it’s been 15 days of daily emails and they don’t even offer a refund. This is called negligent misrepresentation and contract was not met on their side on any level. I will be taking this to small claims court this coming week

Nothing inspiring or uplifting about this company. It has been 2months and I yet to receive the item I purchased. My concerns/complaints to customer service were met with projection of blame, sarcasm and aggression.

Worst support ever, still waiting for the item I purchased nov 27 .tree topper and Christmas is a week away. Seriously. My account shows no purchase. Support keeps saying it was shipped just track it sat from dec 2 till dec 15 now it's in California with no delivered date. I asked to cancel and have a refund and was ignored . I will absolutely never use this site again. Dont make promises about delivers when you apparently don't follow through. What a waste of money .

Hands Free Reusable Shoe Covers are a rip off. I wouldn't give it 1 star but I have to. I ordered 2 and only 1 came - after waiting and waiting. Good thing. Waste of money. Do me a favor and don't bother sending the 2nd one as it just trashes up the garbage dump. Rip off and waste of money.

Aside from the fact that it took over 3 weeks to receive my order when I live in the same State of florida as they, the order came from China which was not specified on their website but not only that the product quality is abysmal.! Stay away from this company

My daughter ordered a bouquet of flowers for 40 dollars made of styrofoam and roses which is a absolute piece of garbage ! IMy daughter wanted a refund as it was a piece of junk she could have found at a Dollar Store but they refused to refund her money!!! I am so upset with this company and their practices ! InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com , refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com . Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop InspireUplift.com

Waited months for my product to arrive. It still has not and I still cannot get any resolution. The Better Business Bureau has over 300 complaints lodged against Inspire Uplift and 211 of them have to do with delivery issues! What's going on? Starting to feel scammed.

Very hard to contact the company. Bad customer service. I am extremely unsatisfied. They had no problem taking my money, but can’t seem to ship my items to my residence. This company is a scam.

I bought a waterfall incense holder with cone incense. The video that they show for their products on their website is all glorified. When my order arrived it looked like a $2 item and not around $100 that it was sold for. Their products is cheap and not worth what it sells for. They don’t offer refund but a credit which will cost you more to post the item back to them. Don’t buy from this site. It’s cheap Chinese made stuff which they charge in American dollars.

It took 40 DAYS to get my order, then I found one item was MISSING EVEN THOUGH IT was NAMED on the ENVELOPE. Have yet to check the other two items that DID arrive.

This company sells cheap, low quality product that arrives damaged! They do not care of customers needs, they cahrge very high price for what they sell. They never read what customer asks for. They do what is only profitable for them. I asked for exchange of the damaged item for jther product and they ignored it completely. They replied later that they send a replacement. I asked for refund, the answer was NO! This garbage wasn't worth shipping back that's why they asked for a video proof! I asked not to ship it because it takes forever to receive. I told them I can't wait for it again and that I already bought a similar item for less from Amazon. They simply don't care!!!!!! I am opening a dispute case against them. I'll complain everywhere I can!
