“I ordered from a company 2 orders same day. I trusted them cause they were set up through PayPal. The company gave me invalid tracking #'s and the orders never arrived. Since it was just lawn care tools it should have been protect by PayPal's buyer protection policy but they closed my case soon as I filed it and said my order didn't qualify. They were letting the company scam me and didn't care. I had to call my bank and report fraudulent charges. Thanks alot paypal”

“The email you sent does not say Kingston, ON, which is where I live. Instead it says Frontenac County, ON. It is true that Kingston is in Frontenac County, but so are many other places. While the rest of my address is correct, given this error on your part I have no confidence that I will actually receive my purchase. Please change my address to reflect the fact that I am in Kingston, ON.”
