Very disappointed. Fortunately I got this for free otherwise I would’ve been very angry that I paid $295. I reached out numerous times your helpdesk trying to get help with what was included to become very generic answers. Each time they gave me a generic answer I would respond trying to get more information. I called both of the telephone numbers listed on your website. One time I spoke with a woman whose daughter was in the hospital and she couldn’t talk which I completely understand however she referred me back to the helpdesk which was no help. I am very thankful I did not spend any money on this but very disappointed I spent so much time trying to navigate through your website and determine what was included.

Hi Tracey, We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Rapid Prep experience. Our Help Desk received both of your messages, and although you did respond to our first message to you, we never heard back from you after your second attempt to contact us. We did the best we could to explain the value of the $249 program -- 4 hours of live small group classes, an on-demand video library, a digital testing strategies workbook, and a discount on one-on-one tutoring -- each of which becomes immediately available to you once you enroll in the course and login to the site. According to our records, your enrollment was processed, including the coupon code that waived the entire fee for the course, but your account was never activated and you never logged in. As we attempted to explain through our Support Chat, had you returned to the site and logged in, all those resources would've been immediately available. We're sorry to see that you never did so, and wish that we'd been offered the opportunity to guide you through that process. That said, your enrollment in the class is good through September, so if you change your mind and decide to give it another shot, please do let us know so that we can further assist you.

Not worth the expense. They do not adequately tailor classes to the individual needs of the student.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Even after more than three decades in the test prep business, we’re still learning, and feedback from students and parents is a huge part of that process. We’re sorry to hear that the results of the program weren’t what you hoped for. At least as far as we can see in our records, the prep for the test was going well prior to test day, with the tutor structuring sessions and homework assignments around the results of the practice tests taken along the way. We understand that it’s very disappointing when test scores don’t reflect the improvement a student has made over the course of the program, and when the results came in, we would have loved the opportunity to try to make it right. Your review will help us improve our 1-on-1 programs and refine our customer service as we continue to strive to be the best at what we do. We wish you and your family the best of luck with all your future testing and academic endeavors.

My daughter met with a wonderful counselor. After we scheduled your appointments we found out that the woman we had met with had left and everything went downhill from there. My daughter specifically needed math help and she was assigned a tutor with a degree in English.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Even after more than three decades in the test prep business, we’re still learning, and feedback from students and parents is a huge part of that process. We’re sorry to hear that the results of the program weren’t what you hoped for, and we know it’s very disappointing when test scores don’t reflect the improvement a student has made over the course of the program. Worse, because our counselors and tutors strive to make a personal and lasting connection with each family, we know it can be disruptive when one of them leaves. In this case, the counselor left Inspirica to pursue another opportunity, but that's no excuse for our having left you in the lurch. For that we sincerely apologize. Your review will help us improve our 1-on-1 programs and refine our customer service as we continue to strive to be the best at what we do. We wish you and your family the best of luck with all your future testing and academic endeavors.

I was truly disappointed with the service and with the lack of genuine involvement with my daughter.   The first tutor was insulting and the second was distant and uninvolved.   The office was not responsive to any of my requests.  I am a doctor who attended Ivy League schools so perhaps you should not just dismiss my feedback and perhaps someone should have actually responded to my concerns in real time.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Even after more than three decades in the test prep business, we’re still learning, and feedback from students and parents is a huge part of that process. We’re sorry to hear that the results of the program weren’t what you hoped for, and that you feel that as an Ivy League doctor you were somehow disrespected or dismissed. We do our absolute best to respond to every problem or concern in real-time, but we clearly dropped the ball here and for that we apologize. When the initial match with the tutor didn't work, we did our best to find someone new, and ultimately settled on a match at a discount with one of the absolute best tutors to ever work at this company. But again, those efforts clearly left you unsatisfied, and for that as well we must apologize. Your review will help us improve our 1-on-1 programs and refine our customer service as we continue to strive to be the best at what we do. We wish you and your family the best of luck with all your future testing and academic endeavors.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Even after more than three decades in the test prep business, we’re still learning, and feedback from students and parents is a huge part of that process. We’re sorry to hear that the results of the program weren’t what you hoped for. Test prep isn't easy under the very best of circumstances, and without the full participation and commitment of the student it's nearly impossible for it to succeed. We did everything we could to motivate and inspire your student to do the work, but in the end it was not enough, and for that we do apologize. Your review will help us improve our 1-on-1 programs and refine our customer service as we continue to strive to be the best at what we do. We wish you and your family the best of luck with all your future testing and academic endeavors.
