Very rude team of people in the phone. Dont dare you say anything negative. They will team up against you. We have felt intimidated and mocked.

A4 flyers arrived but colours completely off - too dark / green colour not printed properly. Instantprint wont accept it's their fault! Terrible support. Wont be using again if they cant rectify this basic issue.

Useless customer service and very unhelpful. Obviously don't care about retaining customers. I had made an order and sent my own artwork in to them. I approved a proof showing my original artwork. No measurements mentioned or print area indicated on proofs. Then when my order arrives, I find all of the design has been printed off center and just looks completely wrong. Obviously common sense should have kicked in somewhere and the off centre mistake, should have been rectified. When I complained, just get told, well you approved the proof. Awful customer service and will not be using these unprofessional clowns again.

I'm definitely out of instantprint I don't understand what the problem exactly was, honestly. I sent to print a set of cards I designed (from a high resolution TIF) and the prints I got, you couldn't read the small text. I contacted to the customer service, which I must say was really helpful and kind, specially Jo. They kindly reprint the whole work after I sent again the file, this time the original photoshop file.(600pix per inch) And again, the small text looks cracked. I ended up printing all the cards myself at home, and guess what? The image looks perfect and the small text absolutely clear. So I made my client wait for nothing, I won't make the same mistake twice.

To preface this: I am a marketer who deals with professional printers on a weekly basis, but for something for a personal side project I decided to try out a different supplier and thought i'd give Instantprint a go.... huuuuuge mistake. The uploading and proofing process was so complicated and un-user friendly, the results were inconsistent and and the customer service was appauling. I ended up cancelling half our order, but had to pay for one set of flyers that they had already printed (they were the only ones they hadn't sent us a proof of :/). The woman we spoke to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and rude, and just kept repeating the same thing. To top it off I come on here and read reviews that the quality of the products is awful, so now I'm dreading receiving the ones that we did end up having to pay for... really wish I'd stuck with a supplier i know.

The most excruciating and frustrating experience getting artwork approved. Even when sending screenshot inaccurate proofs sent that clearly do not resemble the art work ensuing in a backwards and forwards scenario whereby when one error is corrected another one emerges. Should have heeded my first unpleasant experience. Never ever again. Will not use instant print again.

First experience was very good. However, the second one was terrible. Confusing while approving the layouts, delivery date promised not honoured, menus printed in the wrong size and very poor quality. And to top up a terrible customer service if you can call it that. Extremely disappoint with level of service. Used to be good but now it's very bad. Do not surprise by the tons of daily discount vouchers sebt by email and website promos... Just lost £50 and being a small and independent business it really represents a lot. Hope you don't have the same bad experience. Rather don't try

Poor quality - shadows around the logo and writing. Things happen, but the response was poor - avoiding my questions and wasting my time. Will not be using in future

Absolutely appalling product quality and customer service. The labels I ordered don’t work properly and fall off within a short time of sticking them on. Tried to get a refund but they insist on inspecting them, yet won’t sort out the return and have been dragging their heels for weeks. Useless agent on web chat. Useless response team by email. Asked for a pre-paid envelope to send back their poor quality products and they sent me a plain envelope. Went back to them again and requested a prepaid envelope AGAIN. Nothing has come through. Having to constantly keep chasing this and see no end in sight. Complete waste of time and money. NEVER use this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What an embarrassment of a company. Possibly the worst quality printed product I've ever ordered, when sending them photos they asked for photos of 4-5 batches of 200 leaflets1 There was only 2000! Instead of just taking them back, they expected me to lay out 200 leaflets and take an aerial view as if that would clearly show them the defects on an A5 leaflet. Absolutely useless. I just wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering as everyone else thinks they're f**king useless.

Gave me an A3 sized board that was meant for Estate Agents. Board is ridiculously small. No way anyone would be able to see it. Very misleading. Have made them aware, no offer of refund and no communication back. I sent photos compared to a board i bought from another company. Would Not Recommend InstantPrint

Ordered 3000 leaflets, when delivered the print quality was extremely poor with all images dark and detail missing due to the shadowing, it was nothing like the proof submitted. When complaining I was offered a 15% discount from a reprint upgrading to 20% when I complained further. I will never use these again and recommend everyone avoid this company as they won’t deliver what you submit. (Pictures of what was submitted and then delivered included)

I was in contact with instant print for over a week after spending hours on a design for a flyer then when I clicked to print the flyer all of my text boxes/image boxes moved around and did not display in the way that I had designed it. After numerous occasions of speaking to them, I was told to order the flyers and they would fix the design manually. We went back and forth so many times with designs that looked nothing like the design I had made and had sent not only the link to them but also a screenshot so that they could see exactly how it looked on my screen. It was probably around the 8th attempt that they sent me an image that represented my design. I then approved for this design to be made and I have just received my flyers. They are awful, my image boxes have been moved and there are parts of images that have even been cut off! I'm so angry as I made these over 2 weeks ago to get out for Christmas and it has taken them this long of wasting my time, at an obviously busy time of year for businesses and also a stressful time as you can imagine with everything that has happened this year for small businesses. I have used instant print many times before with no problem but this time it has been shocking and to top it off their customer service has been awful, no apology to rectify their mistake and my loss of time and money for flyers that now can not even be used! I will never be using them again!

Have used these for the last 3 years for everything from flyers, posters and programmes for an open air music festival. Very fast turnaround 2-3 days maximum. Always high quality and brilliant customer service. Can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered flyers with instantprint and wasn't sure what to expect because it was so cheap. They arrived today and they're such high quality! Cheap, quick and decent product - would definitely recommend.

I am fed of what is appalling customer service, constant machinery break downs so orders cannot be fulfilled, pretending not to receive emails. Solopress does the same service and is far more professional. I spend around £18,000/£20,000 a year on printing and they have lost a decent customer.

I use instant print probably once/twice a month for the past few years so familar with their services. Typically they are great and reliable, and get orders out with delivery 2-3 days later. On the odd occasion they are late (the past four orders) they have been late on delivery by a day, not the end of the world, and they give you £15 credit for being late. However on my most recent experience, they have been awful. I have provided documents and instructions for print, and they have sent me the proofs before print. Each time they have messed up the proof so that it is wrong - I'm now on my fifth attempt and well over a week since the order was made, and it's becoming extremely frustrating. I have clients who are not receiving the service required because Instantprint cannot get a simple proof correct. What makes it even more frustrating is that when I point out what is incorrect on the proof, and give clear instruction of how to rectify, they send me the exact same proof in their next attempt (the exact same one four times in a row) - like they didn't even acknowledge or read the criticism provided. I am happy to remove this review if they are able to get the proof correct on next attempt, and acknowledge their faults.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY... Company sent me 2000 copy's of my logo leaving out half my design that I designed on there website. They had a problem with my logo artwork that I approved for them to fix. Also I set up a vertical leaflet to which they send me horizontal. Waste of time AND MONEY
