Paid for next day delivery due to important events, nothing arrived, 8 weeks later and still nothing Order placed 20 June 2026: three packs of business cards, with 9.99 pounds paid for next day delivery by 12:00 on 23 June because I had a run of networking events and conferences coming up that the cards were for. The parcel has been stuck at DPD's Hinckley depot since 23 June with no movement since. Every one of those events came and went, and I attended them all without the cards I had paid extra to have in time. Instantprint never once contacted me about the failure. In the five weeks that followed, the only emails they sent me were marketing and a satisfaction survey. When I raised it on 31 July, their agent confirmed in writing that this was "a confirmed courier failure" and apologised that nobody had contacted me. On 3 August they accepted in writing that the full refund of 53.09 pounds including delivery is my statutory entitlement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for undelivered goods, "not a goodwill gesture". But they will only pay it if I give up the reprint of the cards, and they offered a 10 pound voucher towards a future order instead. That was also less than their first reply had offered three days earlier, and it came nowhere near making up for how bad and disappointing the experience of relying on them has been. Cards never arrived, a run of events attended without them, five weeks of silence, and a refund they admit in writing is owed by law, but will only pay if I abandon the replacement. No real remorse or meaningful attempt to make up for their failures. I have now raised the payment as a chargeback with my card issuer. 8 weeks, later I'm back to square 1 with no cards and still waiting for my money so I can purchase these cards with a better more professional company that actually cares about it's customers.

I ordered business cards. Delivery was delayed, but the business cards came out beautiful! The colours are vibrant and nice, even though I prepared illustration in RGB colours instead of CMYK. I was afraid after reading reviews, but the result is excellent. Silk finish is really nice to feel. I wish to upload photos but there’s an error on website :/

Didn't deliver, delayed twice. Many promises turned out to be empty words. They should work for Labour

DO NOT USE. I ordered 50 A5 booklets for a kids holiday club and they were due to be delivered a few days before. They arrived and were checked over, except most of the middle of the booklet was from another customers order and they had completely mixed up pages. This should not be possible. Not only is it terrible business, it is also really bad for customers information protection. They printed images of children and school safety documents from another customers order and sent it to us. Their response was EITHER a refund - leaving us without our booklets, or a quick reprint but with cheap paper due to time constraints. I will not be trusting them again. Such a poor service.

Stay away for this broker You won't be able to withdraw money and your account will be blocked. then request a lengthy list of paperwork in order to authorize your account. Even if they have all the documentation, they would then merely use delaying techniques and never authorize your account for withdrawals. This business is a hoax, managed by liars. Many thanks to A I X A L T D . C O M for their wonderful work in recovering all of my lost funds

I was promised a return on my investment after investing all of my life's savings, but I never received one. They appeared to be genuine at first, but they were only con artists. I implore individuals not to waste their hard-earned money on questionable platforms. I recall thinking, "What do I have to lose?" when a coworker proposed an Investigative TREBLESLTD*COM team. Fortunately, after a few days, they managed to collect my money. I value their knowledge and assistance.

After putting all of my life money, I was promised a return on my investment, but I never got one. At first glance, they seemed legitimate, yet they were nothing more than scammers. I beg people to refrain from squandering their hard-earned cash on dubious platforms. When a colleague suggested , an Investigative TREBLESLTD*COM team, I remember asking myself, "What do I have to lose?" Thankfully, they were able to get my money after some days. I appreciate their expertise and services.

I tried instaprint for the first time. The prices were more affordable than VistaPrint. Especially the next day delivery was important. I had 100 business cards made. I designed them on Canva and got a good quality print. And I uploaded them to my instaprint account and paid for them. The cards that arrived the next day did not belong to me. I reported the issue by phone and the person who opened the door told me to send an e-mail and send a photo. I did as he said. The next day I got a response, they apologized and said they would send the correct print the next day. (4th day) My cards arrived on the 4th day but the print was not correct, there was a slight crooked print. I sent an e-mail again and sent a photo. They said they would review and get back to me. I understood why Vistaprint is more expensive.

VERY, VERY, VERY, BAD! Instantprint refused to print my religious/astrological magazine (only 25 copies for a small group of people) because it had words like "abomination of desolation" and "false prophet" and "dragon" and "beast", and other common stuff about revelation - words in books since ancient times. I got a phone call from a 'Becky' who was dim-dumb as could possible be, uneducated, stupid, irrelevant. Becky was in my face and on my case as if I was some kind of racist beotch because I said St.John's revelation picture put the red Dragon under the house of China, or that the Beast just means animals who are innocent victims of Chinese Medicine. That was only one page, and the rest was about the state of the world in pictures (pollution, caged animals, etc); and some cultural prophecies for the coming Rapture. HALF THE TIME THE ORDER IS WRONG! Also, they had previously gone ahead and printed my last batch of magazines (even though it was about exactly the same thing) - which turned out with roller marks on every single cover, as well as a third of them had missing pages, while another third had extra pages repeated, and the last third had the right pages in the right order (with the damaged cover). Taking the photos for the proof to get the refund was very stressful trying to capture small details on a cheap camera with handshake or body shake, and Becky made me re-do it once or twice. A POSTER CAME WITH DAMAGED EDGES AND ANOTHER WITH LINES! I had ordered two (separately) and the first came undamaged with good packaging but had visible 'print lines' so I ordered another, but the second lacked the extra board that protected the edges so it was a bit damaged. Instantprint SO wore me down and exhausted me from the magazine debacle, that I could not be bothered telling them about both A0 sized posters or going through the stress of the photos again. IF ONLY THERE WAS A SCORE OF MINUS 1 FOR WHEN THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE UP!

Absolutely incredible! The best prices you will find online. The team answered any questions I had right away. Delivery was super quick and all of the products were fantastic quality. I made a mistake upon ordering but called the customer service team and Becky solved my issue within seconds, she was absolutely lovely too! Life long customer created here

They were happy to let me down on the Order of Service for my father's funeral. Failed to make contact with me or compensate me for the additional monies required to pay for a last-minute order locally. This organisation is shocking beyond compare. Buyer beware!

Absolutely terrible. They printed my prints with someone elses artwork on the back, continued to bombard be with emails, horrific customer service on the phone and don't reply to emails. Quality of the prints is also horrific. Do not use.

Very poor prints and customer service First time I've used this company and I chose them for to the high rating on Trust Pilot. When my leaflets arrived, they looked so different from the proof they sent - so dull and much darker than on screen, even with the screen brightness of my laptop and phone turned right down. The colours were not the same either so I contacted them and was told they need evidence - understandable but my phone camera kept enhancing the image making it look much better than in person. I called and they suggested a video so I sent one of a leaflet in front of my laptop screen with the brightness right down, switching between the leaflet and screen, you could clearly see the issues I had. They replied that I needed to photograph many of the leaflets laid out as one want enough - as though they could somehow come out of printing all differently. I posted some as the photos couldn't show what was clear in person and they replied with excuses about printing in CMYK and the files were created in RGB. They are willing to give me discount off my next order but that's all they are prepared to do so I'm over £70 out of pocket with 2 boxes of rubbish to dispose of.

One the day of delivery, I got a message saying there was a 2-day delay. That delay could only be accepted if they could deliver to a different address, but this meant an extra delay of one day. This rendered the whole order useless. If the company name is instant, it cannot promise deliveries that it cannot keep. Terrible.

Total waste of money for my family. If you print like a maniac it may be OK, but the cost of cartridges is far less than the monthly fee. When you cancel, you can’t even use the cartridges you paid for!!! Total waste!
