Apparently the labels are a hit with my coworkers. From the ordering side of it though, the website does not allow for inputting of tax exempt status. I have tried a few times and it has never worked. I have a direct pay permit that is in pdf format but there doesn't seem to be a way to simply upload it. Instead there are 20 + questions (sarcasm) and still the order just gets slowed down and the tax gets charged. The last order also took almost a month to "process". Just saying.

I was so excited to get the labels for putting on containers to put in the freezer, but what I found was they didn't stick real well and I was a little disappointed. I think you guys need to check the quality of the glue on those labels..

We have been using bright yellow 1" round labels for years. Received last order with yellow having a green cast. Reordered and received 2 rolls that were darker than those we use - almost orange.

I was sent the incorrect order the first time, but your team was very prompt and helpful and soon got the corrected order sent out to me. Unfortunately, the second shipment was missing one of the items I ordered.

I submitted 3 times for tax exemption before I placed the order, nobody got back to me. I ended up paying tax on the transaction. Not good customer service.

InStockLabels provided great service and the site was intuitive and easy to use. Unfortunately, the value proposition was extremely low as the labels and shipping were over-priced.

When I ordered the stickers, under materials it said it was metal stickers and the regular dot stickers said plastic, I thought that meant they were tin dot stickers, but they weren't, they only looked like it

The quality of the labels themselves are great. I am giving 3 stars because these were sold as “DoTERRA” specific labels, but there were labels that were not for DoTERRA that I won’t be able to use, and a lack of some of the more basic oils were not included. Otherwise, I am super happy with the labels I am able to use.

I really love how the labels turned out and the quick turn over. It did seem like the minimum orders are a lot for a small business owner like me that has a really small budget. If there is a way to make it financially available that would be awesome, but I do understand that we are all struggling. Thank you for hearing me out.

Website was great. Products look good. Delivery missed by several days and rendered order unnecessary. Notifications kept saying delivery was on time, which was a few days ahead of when I needed the product. After missing the date, I received notice that they didn’t know when it would arrive. It showed up almost a week later. And this is after paying for expedited shipping. Bottom line, if you can’t deliver, tell the customer. Don’t charge extra and then deliver a week late.
