“Too much back and forth emailing for a simple order. After that, I resubmitted info once again, they sent me the approval sample which looked as it should. When I received the labels they were thin, with barely any color where color should’ve been. There’s no oversight or quality control in this process. Never again.”

“I contacted y'all many moons ago about procuring "warning this product contains mustard" labels (out of stock) and I have been stiffed. I love y'all but I wish you would have responded as I would have done anything and paid anything to get a roll of them before my deadline of leaving next wednesday.”

“very small print the sticker itself is good quality but it’s way too small. Unfortunately I’m naïve picking everything the best they can they make it small so they can sell for five dollars because you wouldn’t buy it if you knew how small it was.”

“The labels I bought do not work with an embosser. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a partial refund and I would have to send them back on my dime! Not impressed with the customer service and will never purchase from you again.”

“If I could send a 0/5 I would. They sent me the wrong labels, and then have not emailed my back concerning an exchange so I can get my proper labels that I actually ordered!”

“Terrible experience, I have been buying Made in Mexico labels for some time now in rolls of 1000. Last time I purchased 20 rolls of 1000 and sent them directly to our factory in Mexico to my fault I did not open the package since I had ordered so many times. With it being far away I was informed by our factory a bit over a month later that the order only contained 20 rolls of 250. When I reached out they asked to return them and if not they could not help me, it would not make sense to get them back from Mexico and the team had to use them to not delay production. They stood their ground and would not make up for the 15000 labels missing from my order without proof.”

“I’ve ordered several times in the last two or three years and love the product. However, I’ve attempted to contact customer service via email three times regarding an order issue and I received NO response. Nothing was sent to my inbox or junk folder. This is the only reason they get a one star instead of five. If you don’t answer your customers you’re going to loose them.”

“waste of time...ordered on color... a day later they say they're out of stock on that color.. ordered another color, another day later they say they're out of that color too.. then they finally said what colors they DO have via email.....fix your website to show OUT OF STOCK so we don't have to wait 3 days to find out what colors of labels you DO have in stock....”
