Do not use!!! SCAM SCAM SCAAAAAM!!! I have a one plus 6 phone and I am insured with them for over 2 years but when i accedently dropped my phone and broke the screen they wont pay out or fix it.  They have 2 levels of cover: Essential Cover is: Accidental damage Mechanical breakdown Malicious damage Liquid damage Accessory cover (up to £150)Worldwide cover (up to 90 days) Full Cover is: Accidental damage Mechanical breakdown Malicious damage Liquid damage Accessory cover (up to £150)Worldwide cover (up to 90 days)e-Wallet protection (up to £100)Loss Theft Unauthorised calls (up to £1000) As you can see above both cover accidental damage Mechanical breakdown but when my phone slipped out my hand and cracked the screen they gave me the following quote: “We will not cover the following: Any claim for accidental damage, breakdown or malicious damage of your mobile phone.  You have advised that the handset suffered Accidental Damage. As your Policy does not cover Accidental Damage the above exclusion applies, and on this basis the Insurer is unable to authorise your claim." But as stated above and on the website both policys cover accidental damage. I had to get it fixed at my local phone shop for £180. And to add insult to injury they told me that the access excess has gone up from £50 to £75! This is not in the terms and conditions you can't just chance prices as you please.  I want to make sure no one else gets scammed by these scammer's I will carry this rant on twitter. Do not use useeee!!!!!!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! READ REVIEWS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD TO PUT CLAIMS FORWARD I am a paying customer of 2.5 years of this insurance to never make a claim but after having my phone stolen on holiday and having to put forward a claim to which 3 weeks after I have been sent 1 faulty phone in which they refuse to fix as there’s “nothing wrong with it”. Ive not received ANY emails/messages/ phone calls ext until I’ve had to follow it up for myself ON A CHARGING NETWORK in order to follow up my case. After being spoken to VERY rudely on the phone after demanding a request to have it checked again after they found “no problems” yet the phone -Speaker doesn’t work and microphone is fuzzy on phone calls in which people can’t hear you -The screen was dull and very unresponsive (had to heavily press down on screen in order for it to respond) -Software being very slow and not working -Phone disabling its self due to touch screen clicking by itself constantly I listed all these faults to the insurance yet they failed to acknowledge them so I had to demand a second testing as they said it was fine...I couldn’t even use the phone due to it being so faulty!!! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD TO MAKE CLAIMS...NOT JUST BOUGHT THE SERVICE i have had to now put forward a formal complaint and requesting for my policy to be cancelled once I’ve received a full working phone with no faults In the mean time I’ve had to upgrade early as I had to have a phone for work and business calls

Don’t be put off by the bad reviews I received a replacement phone in perfect condition 19 days after I contacted insurance2go, o2 took 14 of those days sending me the proof of usage but once they did and I sent it in my claim was accepted I was asked to pay excess and my phone was delivered less than 2 days after that…

lost my phone beginning of December and claimed through the online portal, i was nervous as i had read really bad reviews and the insurance company were emailing me asking for further details but i understand why they would triple check the details of my phone getting lost! about a week and a half later i received my new phone, perfect condition although the software was faulty and would not update; i emailed back and they had sent me out a prepaid envelope to safely send my phone back as it was under warranty, 5 days later i have now received my phone - perfect condition again and now up to date! they had updated me every step to keep me in the loop with what was happening! i am extremely happy with how this went, i was just unlucky to get an iphone which i couldn’t update myself but i would recommend this phone insurance, very cheap and fab customer service for me

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE INSURING A PHONE FOR A FAMILY MEMBER. For example, a child. The customer service I received has been great, but the policy I purchased was not for for purpose. Possibly my fault for not clarifying some of the small print, but if you are insuring someone else’s phone, be very careful about the T&Cs. I’m now £98 out of pocket for a policy that is useless.

Really upset with how long and complicated it is to revive my phone through your Insurnace. I haven’t had my phone for 2 weeks now. If I had gone through my provider we would have had it in a couple days and as soon as I receive a new contract we will be going through my provider. Really disappointed. Every time we send documents to your email that you have asked for you ask for different documents or you say no these wernt correct please send this, if it wasn’t so complicated in the first place we would have sent the right documents. Really not happy and definitely won’t be using your company again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! ABSOLUTE SHAM - MULTIPLE FAULTY REPLACEMENTS Absolute sham to deal with when you make a claim. Phone stolen, reported etc. Sent faulty replacements 3 times, nearly 2 months on and still don’t have a replacement phone that actually works. 2 x faulty phones the touch screen kept freezing so uselsss, third kept cutting off my calls so was also useless. Promised collections and delivery that never happen so have wasted many days waiting in. Been on the phone to them so many times it’s ridiculous! Can only ever speak to a line manager rather than someone who is actually able to make decisions. So many assurances made and none have been met. Waiting on another collection of the third faulty phone they have sent me as didn’t collect yesterday. Absolutely had enough now! So much for taking out insurance to “get me back to same position as before phone stolen” their quote.

Terrible service, never use them. I made claim about one month ago and still no outcome. I call them every 2-3 days, and they always provide the same answer, 'its underwriter who is dealing with it'. Please avoid them at any cost. I am just going to complain about them to FCO.

Terrible service and a rip-off! After paying for my mobile insurance for 1.5 years they rejected my claim in seconds, based on a vague point in the policy, making me wait 8 weeks for my complaint to be answered to. 8 weeks later they did not take into account any of the additional information I've provided, rejected my complaint, saying they cannot talk to me any more and I should go to the ombudsman. The worse company I've ever had to deal with, don't waste your money on them.

You are one of the most westing time ever dealt with. They send me replacements phone for my phone which was not even 1 week old , the replacement phone I got was used and repaired before , was overheating and switch it self on and off, I get in touch with insurance2go and they told me that they are gonna email me the return label to send the phone back , I have to chose them 2 weeks to send me the email finally after days and hours and keep calling and asking to be send the return label I got it after sending complaints email to head office, moreover after sending the phone 8 days the said we have not got it till I check the tracking and was showing that been delivered I contacted them and I spoke with the same person who told me that is not delivered and I said that the tracking shows that already delivered he told me that from repair centre maybe not updating , again after westing hours yesterday from morning till 16:30 I called back because they should call me but they didn’t I called before they close they claim that the got the phone but I have to pay access because as they said that the phone was damaged by post so i have to pay to sort out my problem which from the beginning was faulty. Customer before you purchase pay attention; the phone which they send you after claim they are used and been repaired before and they are not working good , and as I been told from them team manager that the phone is not covered from the company under warranty because the been open and fixed from unauthorised repair so it means not been fixed and refurbished and any replacement you received if there is any fault which gurntee there is you have to send it back and you have to wait weeks to get response and weeks to get the phone back apart from what kind of repair been done on the device.
