The guy was awesome no problems at all. Had no trouble taking out insurance and didn't pressure me into other add ons or anything. Great job.

my only comment would be that the phone call to sort insurance out took almost one hour and a half kept getting put on hold apart from that everything went ok

Without going into too much detail my old insurance company let me down, after a few calls I came across Insure it and I'm thankful I did. I found the sales person very helpful and within 20 mins I was fully insured and saved money. All subsequent correspondence has been good and I'm very satisfied with the service I have received. Would highly recommend.

Please note , do not send this.... My brother Jeremy passed away and we have taken the insurance in my dad's name. This is very upsetting getting this. I am not happy .... Emma salter

Replied all the questions to the best of my knowledge and the cover explained to me. On comparison with other insurers, I found it was good value for money. However, It is my 1st year with them and time will tell what type of service they provide in future.

I found that the advisor was very pushy and at times not understanding and professional. He did not let me finish my query about the insurance and the meerkat toy. He seemed quite rushed and on a target for this sale.

Fantastic insurance company bend over backwards to help unlike more companies and sid is a true credit to this firm helped me loads a true gent thanks again sid and to the company

Disappointed I had to call with reference to Certificate being e-mailed to myself enabling me to collect car.......after assured it would be sent. Room for improvement......as the customer I found myself chasing you up and then having to spend time downloading details to be forwarded on......do not know of anyone else having to do all this with their insurance.
