“I had forgotten to renew my policy, I was called and asked if I would like to renew, it wasn't a convenient time, so the lady kindly offered to call me back at a suitable time, I didn't feel under pressure. She called at the arranged time, and was able to run through the policy and clearly answered all my questions. I was able to pay over the phone and the renewal process was very simple. All documents emailed to me by return and overall I'm very happy. The quote was cheaper than last year and very competitive, for all the cover provided. I'm a very happy customer and will wait for a call for further products later in the year. Thank you.”

“Rang back when they said they would that's why they got my business. Girl was rather quick fire with the questions. I had to slow her down to enable me to consider various issues. But in the end was helpful and explained the points I was unclear about.”

“I contacted Intasure to insure my property as I had previously insured my holiday home with them. Their quotes were competitive. The only thing that disappointed me was that I was not advised that there was a charge for credit card payment. It's not a lot but I would have paid by debit card had I known.”

“I have unfortunately had to claim twice in the last 5-6 years and both on a day to day basis and during the claims I have found them to be helpful, pleasant and efficient. Cant say more except I wold definitely recommend them to anyone.”
