“Hello, Having purchased a property in Spain I wanted to deal with a British company for buildings and contents cover as I thought it would be better and easier to deal with someone who speaks English. I was introduced to Intasure by HIFX a currency exchange company and have found them to be very helpful and the insurance cover far better than I could obtain elsewhere. Mr. M. Elliott”

“Tried to renew my policy on-line,but unable to do.Phoned customer service to renew.Very helpful man ran through all the documents with me.then I paid with debit card .He then said he would sort out my problem with my on-line account.which is OK now”

“Nice and simple to deal with. Phone was answered quickly on a Saturday by a knowledgeable English guy called James who was able to assist and do what was needed straight away. If only other firms were so available and easy to deal with :)”

“Overall very good but initial call was stated as needing 5 minutes and 25 minutes later I was still going and had to reschedule for another time. A bit more honesty and transparency up front would have been good”

“I rang yesterday to make an enquiry about Self Catering Holiday Insurance. The young man I spoke to was so helpful and professional I ended up purchasing the Insurance. He was very clear and precise without sounding like a robot and using confusing jargon. I would highly recommend this company, in fact I have already recommended them to someone else just this morning. Thank you for training your staff to such a high standard. It was a pleasure doing business with your Company and that is something I dont get to say much these days in the world of automotive companies. Well done.”

“Very disappointed that I was not able to purchase this insurance for my house in France. I need a house insurance that covers animals and in France you can only get animal insurance for dangerous dogs. My dogs aren't on the dangerous list. Therefore I need to know I am covered for any accidents they may case in my public liability insurance.”
