Such a simple and straightforward process. Competative quote and speedy response. Final arrangements and payment by phone and able to ask any niggly questions. Knowledgable and polite gentleman dealt with all my queries fully. Fabulous policy for our holiday home and the terms and conditions fully meet our needs. Highly recommended.

After been on the phone with 2 other insurance brokers , I found intersure , The most professional & most helpful with my requirements , and got back to me as promised + delivered the most adiquite policy for my requirements , I happy to recommend them to any one , Many thanks Jayne Kumral

I totally forgot about my expiring insurance. It just when I received a call about it I remembered. They are not pushy,no bullying and annoying as I have experienced from other insurers. They spoke very clear English,very nice attitude and made the insurance much easier! I was very happy with the approach and the options I had :-)

If only jobs such as dealing with Insurance ( Blurgh! Paperwork not my strong point ) was all as straight forward as this. The insurance cover I have is excellent, but apart from that EVERY person I have ever spoken to have all been, polite, efficient and informative. The paperwork is generated pretty much immediately - renewals are a breeze. I strongly recommend Intasure. Their service is 5*

Renewing holiday home insurance is very straight forward very year. This year we had to submit updated credit card details so I spoke to a company representative which was actually reassuring as she was able to put my mind at rest that the cover had not changed in any significant way. I think highlighting any changes in maybe different print on the policy documentation would offer transparency, be great customer service and make the whole experience even more user friendly.
