Intasure not only offer the most competitive rates available and the most comprehensive levels of policy cover, but have an excellent customer relations team who are a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

Intersure have consistently given me excellent customer service over the last four years. They make renewing my Buy -to -Let policies simple and speedy.

Efficient, friendly and very helpful. I searched a long time to find a company which would insure against earthquake damage. My previous insurance company stopped the cover after earthquakes which seems contrary to whole point of insurance. Most other insurers of properties in Italy have done the same.

Intasure are generally quite good and relatively easy to deal with. They call us every year to renew and, because we live abroad most of the year, we appreciate their bearing the cost of the calls. That said, we have yet to make a claim against the company. Yesterday, however, when Intasure called, our card details would not work for them. It transpired that their system had gone down temporarily. This was rectified later, and the transaction was subsequently completed accordingly. However, on this occasion, we had arranged via previous mails for Intasure to pass me to their Cliams department regarding a potential (first) claim for damage to our DVR Security system by a lighting strike. We actually resolved the situation ourselves yesterday morning, so didn't need to make a claim at all. But it is disappointing that the promised transfer was forgotten or swept aside by Intasure. In short, an easy company to deal with, but only when we make a claim proper will it be possible to properly evaluate Intasure as a Company. Hope that helps.

I have been quite happy with Intasure's prices and modus operandi for several years now and have renewed again this year. I have two suggestions for improvement. 1. I was reminded by telephone 3 times that my renewal was due, in addition to the email reminder. Two of the calls were on holiday in Greece. I do not need so many reminders. 2. I receive several copies of the various renewal documents with renewal reminders, at the time of renewal and after I have renewed. One copy is sufficient. Regards, David Mayes

The renewal notice arrived in plenty of time. There was a freephone number for queries and despite a slight misunderstanding over the cost of extra cover, this was resolved fairly quickly and the final figure was heavily discounted which was appreciated.

Called twice.Spoke to Jay and several days later to Lucinda.Both were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Found product to meet my needs at a readonable cost. Have already recommended to friends

Intasure rang me back, and when they gave me a quote I wanted to check they had exactly what I had requested as it seemed very quick and off the cuff. However the young man I talked to knew exactly what I had asked for and was very knowledgeable about the cover and what I needed so I am extremely please to have dealt with this Company. Thank you

Intasure continue to provide a polite and efficient service. The pricing is competitive. There is no demand for 'automatic renewal' although the option is there. Reminders with complete information are sent in good time and any queries are dealt with by real people who are able to intelligently answer questions and make decisions. Intasure are a pleasure to deal with.

The lady on the phone didn't seem overly polite. I got a bit upset about the fact that my excess was changed from 50 pounds to 250 and I don't think she handled it very well.

I was quite happy with the service I received. my only slight criticism is that I telephoned on the day I received the emailed renewal letter with a view to paying the premium, only to be told to ring again some days later as renewal payments could not be accepted until 3 weeks before the renewal date. To avoid customers having to phone twice perhaps renewal letters should not be sent out until at least the date on which renewal payments can be made.
