“Very helpful phone call to Julie who sorted out an acceptable premium for our house insurance. 'Good' rather than 'very good' because I had great difficulty with the website - access to 'My Policy' was impossible.”

“Following a recommendation from a friend I contacted Intasure; the response I received was polite, efficient and swift (telephone call with Marina). Documents were dispatched via e-mail the same day. One little hiccup was that it took me several attempts to register/sign in; possibly due to my PC skills!”

“I was really disappointed with the renewal experience. You sent out renewal e-mails 2 months early. In response I called to pay and was told to wait until the due date. Then an e-mail arrived close to the renewal date telling me it was almost overdue and you could not contact me! When I called a very rude women was less than helpful. When you have IT problems don't blame your customers. Not impressed. Paid my renewal but will look around next year before I pay. There is competition out there. Unimpressed.”
