Pleasant staff on the phone. Speedy sending of documents by email. Minus - was unable to get through on the phone last Friday however when I emailed to report this I was called back. So they redeemed themselves.

Initial quote process was simple & efficiently done. Post quote there were maybe a few too many follow-up telephone calls - the persistence became a little irritating especially after we had said that we would commit in due course. All staff extremely pleasant however and final signing up / payment process was handled well.

We received an e mail to remind us that our insurance was due for renewal. This was fine as I had overlooked the first reminder. The second e mail said that you had tried to contact us by phone but without success. This was clearly not true. If we were not in when you called it would have been possible to leave a message. I sent an e mail to say that I would respond two days later. That evening while we were out a phone message had been left with a number to call. I tried to call one day later as I was out all the next day. The 0345 number left and on the e mail did not work. The message said that 'this number is not accepting calls' Nor did the land line number work. It just cut off. I eventually got through by dialling a general enquiries number on the web site. Once through I was able to complete the transaction with no problem. But you need to sort out your phone numbers.

Firstly, the response to my request via the mail system was very prompt. Once on the way the assistant was very helpful and efficient and we progressed to the quotation stage quickly. Twice I was contacted to discuss the quotation, but was not in a position to pursue it there and then, but, that was no problem and finally I was called when I was in a position to deal with it. I had a total of three issues on the table, two of which were cleared immediately and quickly confirmed by email . The third however was answered on the phone, but, unlike the other two, I am still awaiting email confirmation of the conclusion as promised, hence my 3 star rating. Oh but for a simple email it could have been 5 star. Throughout, all of the people I spoke to were polite efficient and businesslike.

Only criticism was that the person who rang to inform us of changes to our policy spoke quickly and quietly.

I wanted landlord insurance. This company gave me exactly what I needed, quickly, and at a sensible premium. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.

I was up against it with time because I had guests arriving that evening and I had been quoted by my existing insurer a ridiculously high quote. Intasure came up trumps. I did have to chase towards the end of the day but the young man (sorry can not remember his name but I am sure my records will record who it was) who took up my case was diligent and motivated and extrememly polite under pressure - he was determined to see the process through and get my predicament sorted. He is a credit to your company.
