“What impresses me the most with Intrasure is the customer service part of the operation. I have been dealing with them for a number of years and the emails and telephone conversations I have with them are straight-forward, practical, polite and they are utterly dependable. The telephone manner of their agents is first class; many other UK organisations should take lessons from them in how to provide a proper service to customers; they woould lean a lot.”

“E mail reminder 1 month b4 deadline and follow up Email reminders without being pushy Phone call nearer deadline to remind me my deadline was getting nearer again without being pushy! Changes to policy submitted to underwriter with no change which was communicated to me by phone. On all p/call contact, staff were helpful and attentive.”

“Having received a call from you about an increase in Greek tax on our house insurance, we were confused to find that our annual premium had been substantially increased from the original renewal quote anyway without us being notified. The matter was dealt with, and after discussions with a member of your team, our premium was reduced somewhat and we were satisfied with the outcome”
