“Friendly informative staff, spoke in plain, simple language. Transparent and honest information given - no hidden extras or clauses [so refreshing!] Only quibble is difficulty in registering via customer portal - temporary password entered and new one chosen but keep being told 'current password is incorrect'”

“There are many co's in the Intasure market but I like the fact that with Intasure we are dealing with real human beings not automated machines. The staff really have high levels of knowledge relating to many countries - which is incredibly useful.”

“Very helpful, professional and friendly on the phone. It would be nice if you offered to send out paper copies as I need them for my files and it is a pain to have to find someone with a printer to achieve this.”

“First Class service when renewing my property insurances. Intrasure agents were easily available, no lengthy automated phone answering, and were prompt and efficient in their service. I was emailed a quotation whilst still discussing the insurance and all issues were concluded during my phone call. Excellent service thank you.”

“Intasure was recommended by a family member, who already has a policy with the company. Communication by 'phone and by email was entirely without problems. The quotation seemed to me to represent good value for money. The whole process towards setting up insurance cover was very efficient. The only difficulty I experienced was in registering to view my documents online. The login and registration system refused to accept the temporary password Intasure had emailed to me. After three attempts I abandoned trying to register.”

“After the amount I was paying for insurance every year I looked up intersure and found that like for like I could save £450 per year. Very nice and pleasant staff over the phone. Recommend you give them a ring.”
