Bit of a problem waiting for underwriters, which delayed calls back to me. Took about 5 days to Incept the policy! Otherwise telephone personnel were efficient and helpful - apart from a tick in the wrong box which alerted the underwriters to building works being carried out at the property - thus delaying inception. Found them very efficient but would prefer not to receive regular follow up. Could do wit reminder about five days in advance of the due date. Did not receive call back asked for on morning of the renewal date.

Whilst I was dealt with the utmost efficiency and politeness, it is a shame I had to make the phone call to ask for the best price and (thankfully) was offered a loyalty discount. As I have two policies with you and have held them for some time, I would like to see them offered without my having to ring up for them. Thank you.

Very helpful, quick and efficient . The only downside is premium credit amend the fact you have to sign agreement on line, not helpful in poor reception are when unable to access web site and therefore I risk a £10 penalty charge

Was unable to purchase quote online, when I received the call back the quote was more expensive, when I confirmed that a specified item was on the claim I was told what the item was and the details but it was not included on the quote, this added made the quote more expensive again.

I am delighted with Intasure. Sarah was excellent on the phone taking my new insurance details, I think it was probably easier as I have three other properties insured with them so knew what was required. I also had terrific service earlier in the year when i had to put a claim in for some damage caused by our neighbours, the claim was processed quickly and efficiently and I anticipate a speedy payout once the work is completed in October / November.

From the first time I contacted Intasure back in May, they have been efficient, competent and helpful. When I called back yesterday to confirm the proposed insurance they were lovely and accommodating, explaining everything in a clear way, and answering questions patiently and knowledgeably. It is really nice to deal with a company who are so helpful and competent in their field. Thank you

This was a renewal and I called to clear up two points, an error & my misunderstanding. The error, a very minor one, was promptly corrected following a reminder. The whole exercise was professionally conducted, I felt.

Intasure called me back on the day I requested which was a couple of days prior to my renewal date. He was friendly, spoke clearly and was helpful and polite which enabled my policy renewal to proceed smoothly.
