This bottom is the worst. My other friends have the same perfume and it last a long time. The bottle I have barely last 15 min. I email Oud customer service about a return or exchange I didn’t get a response I will not purchase again!!

Never received my order unfortunately. When I reached out to customer service about my order when told that there wasn't an order associated with my email. I replied back with my order number and email for them to change stories and tell me it's being shipped out soon. Not really the best first impression I was expecting for my first purchase.

This company is pure trash, if my review get deleted i will take the time to write it over and over again, i orderd THREE WEEKS AGO, MIND YOU I PAYED FOR THREE DAYS! Why? Because my order seemed «fraudulent» if it was the case just cancel my order and refund me! But no they kept the 93$, made me wait even when i complained they still made me wait, and now i have additional 30$ delivery fees to pay! If you need to buy a perfum it would be flippin cheaper to just go to Dubai and get it! I still haven’t received my order BY THE WAY

cologne does not last. no projection, no projection! I will not be buying agai and I definitely wouldnt recommend this product.

I have been trying to send back my order for a refund but after messaging customer service and emailing I haven't heard back and its been almost a week. I blind ordered for my daughter and she didn't care for the scent of the oils I ordered her. Hopefully someone within the company will get back to me, the customer service in my experience has been nonexistent which is frustrating for anyone who wants to send something back for refund or just a simple question...

The perfume smells beautifully but mine was received broken and wet with peeling packaging and an overall a sticky mess ! Hopefully it can be replaced or I can be refunded.

On a $500 purchase, I got an "Import Fee" bill of $165.29!!! From that, "UPS Customs Brokerage Charges" was $92.60!!! No thanks; back to sender! Of course, Intense Oud has no control over that but they control WHO they ship with. Racketeering practices to extort money out of customers isn't good for anyone's business. Intense Oud's customer support was NON-EXISTENT during this whole process. They had a week, from purchase date, to respond and did not respond ONCE!

I am very disappointed with my purchase. I purchased Woody Intense by Arabian Oud (100ml). This is my signature winter scent. I received the package quickly. But, when I took out the actual product box, I noticed that the security tape had been cut sealing the box had been cut. I tried the fragrance and it seemed a bit off. I thought that maybe I was smelling it to intensely. But after wearing it a few days, I can say without a doubt that I received either: (1) a counterfeit scent, or (2) a diluted scent, or (3) Arabian Oud changed the formula. The opening has always been a noticeable taif rose. This time, however, it has noticeable vanilla. The dry down used to be a deep amber/oud, now it’s not as strong. I don’t know what’s up. But this isn’t what I normally wear. I’d like to talk with customer service to find out what their thoughts are.
