My father was struck by a SUV two days before my mother’s birthday, and this was supposed to be her gift. It was supposed to arrive by September 15 to make it in time for this day. However, it never came, and there was no update or notice of any delay. I asked for a refund, and received confirmation that UPS sent the package back. However, I never received any refund from them. I am not one to even do reviews but I do NOT recommend them for any special events or dates because they are not reliable.

Not sure you want this review and feel free to delete it but my very first big order from your company is a bust. I order the GIFT SET of the Intense OUDs with magnetic gift box as pictured -- and receive a box of four separate perfumes that look like I picked them up at TJ Maxx. No way I can give them to their intended owner and calls to Service tell me you are out of the gift set boxes -- unreal. She was nice and said she would see if more are coming in (and gave me 10% refund which doesn't help my dilemma). I hope I get that gift box shipped separately or this will end my buying anything from your company.

I’ve reached out to them for multiple months with ONE exchange I needed to do. I’ve ordered from them before but when a return is needed you have to jump through hoops like I did. They just now updated the website with a contact number. Back in February when my nightmare started they had a “text us” form available. I filled out multiple sent multiple emails. It wasn’t until may (two months) after I sent the first email did I have the idea to write a message on Instagram. To which it has been a ridiculous situation. I won’t bore anyone with a book but it shouldn’t take months for a simple return. I’ll try my luck with Amazon before dealing with a company like this ever again. I’ll chalk the 100.00 as a loss (even though the merchandise was returned) before continuing this foolishness. People make better decisions than I did. There is a reason you cannot find this company on the BBB.

The scents on almost every bottle I have tried is weak and fades very quickly. Prices are cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. I have a half dozen bottles and none are worth wearing! Stay away unless you like very weak scents.

This bottom is the worst. My other friends have the same perfume and it last a long time. The bottle I have barely last 15 min. I email Oud customer service about a return or exchange I didn’t get a response I will not purchase again!!

Never received my order unfortunately. When I reached out to customer service about my order when told that there wasn't an order associated with my email. I replied back with my order number and email for them to change stories and tell me it's being shipped out soon. Not really the best first impression I was expecting for my first purchase.

This company is pure trash, if my review get deleted i will take the time to write it over and over again, i orderd THREE WEEKS AGO, MIND YOU I PAYED FOR THREE DAYS! Why? Because my order seemed «fraudulent» if it was the case just cancel my order and refund me! But no they kept the 93$, made me wait even when i complained they still made me wait, and now i have additional 30$ delivery fees to pay! If you need to buy a perfum it would be flippin cheaper to just go to Dubai and get it! I still haven’t received my order BY THE WAY

I have been trying to send back my order for a refund but after messaging customer service and emailing I haven't heard back and its been almost a week. I blind ordered for my daughter and she didn't care for the scent of the oils I ordered her. Hopefully someone within the company will get back to me, the customer service in my experience has been nonexistent which is frustrating for anyone who wants to send something back for refund or just a simple question...

The perfume smells beautifully but mine was received broken and wet with peeling packaging and an overall a sticky mess ! Hopefully it can be replaced or I can be refunded.
