I’ve reached out to them for multiple months with ONE exchange I needed to do. I’ve ordered from them before but when a return is needed you have to jump through hoops like I did. They just now updated the website with a contact number. Back in February when my nightmare started they had a “text us” form available. I filled out multiple sent multiple emails. It wasn’t until may (two months) after I sent the first email did I have the idea to write a message on Instagram. To which it has been a ridiculous situation. I won’t bore anyone with a book but it shouldn’t take months for a simple return. I’ll try my luck with Amazon before dealing with a company like this ever again. I’ll chalk the 100.00 as a loss (even though the merchandise was returned) before continuing this foolishness. People make better decisions than I did. There is a reason you cannot find this company on the BBB.
