“First of all your system is extremely flawed. I purchased item that at time of the purchase was available . But later on was not even send me a wrong item .. But your company has a gem in Fatima Bisma who was extremely professional with the email back and forth. As for purchasing again I am not sure . I would suggest invest in a better database storage procedure and update your software . I donot know if it would be fair to give a rating .”

“I am sending this product back. It does not measure up to longevity. The sent is beautiful and I love it, but it only last about 2 5 mins and it's gone. May be I should invest in the oil. The weird thing about this is my daughter was wearing one of the scent and omgggggg, this is why I purchase it, but she didn't get it from this company. I do apologize, but it didn't work for me.”

“Still waiting for my fragrance to be delivered. I bought two items from Intense Oud on March, 13 2024 and was advised that shipping would be done via DHL. I was charged £48 for the delivery and it's been a week since I received a notification that the items have been shipped, but I still haven't received my parcel from the states. I have been checking the DHL website to track my parce, but there is no update showing up on their system to say when they will be delivering my parcel. With regard to the perfume itself, I can't write any review yet as I haven't used them on myself to be able to comment whether they smell lovely or not. For the pricing aspect of the fragrance, I can only write my view when I have received and tried fragrance on my person. In all, I think the delivery charges is too expensive for the time DHL are taking to deliver the items. I was expecting to receive my parcel within a week considering paying almost £50 for the two items.”

“I got the Asad cologne from Lattafa based off the reviews I saw that I discovered through an ad on Instagram. The cologne smelled amazing and I see why it has so many good reviews. A very fresh and unique smell that can be worn anytime but probably best during night time. Website was good, shopping and the email updates were very good. Packaging was nice and product came nice and clean. Definitely worth it especially for the low price and how long the cologne lasts on your skin. Planning on ordering more.”
